Why? That's pretty much the best possible timing - wake up at noon, have breakfast/lunch and then SC2 all Sunday long

He said so many times he didn't give a shit about that match and was preparing for his up%downs who he won very easy btw. You people are so hilarious for 2 years you said the same shit over and over.
Stephano did very well in Code S and played well but bad luck running into Innovation. It happens luck of he bracket. He dominated Hack who did very well in the previous season but ofcourse no one mentions that.
List of bullshit I read for 2 years
Stephano is going to get destroyed in pro league Boom. Does very well considering the sad state of EGTL and got a positive record
Stephano is shit the koreans will destroy him at IPL 3 ladder and beating MMA in the online qualifier means nothing. Boom IPL 3 champion
MKP best TvZ in the world Stephano don't got a chance. Boom Stephano wins ESWC
Stephano can only beat foreigner toss. Boom Parting,Squirtle,MC,Hero and gods know how many others got demolished. I lost count.
Stephano got no chance vs Hero at the NASL S3. Hero just destroyed DRG 4-0 in GSL and is the best PvZ player in the world. Boom Stephano wins NASL.
list goes on and on I really cant take you people seriously anymore
And btw if you Stephano´s biggest fan I'm Britney Spears

Stephano is an amazing player and it'll be such a great story if he does well against the koreans but most of them are on a whole other level (they are the best of the best of the best xd) .

It goes both ways, Some people grossly overhype Stephano, some people are unreasonably dismissive of his abilities.
As for this tournament, qualifying for the season finals is already a huge step, and I think he has a good shot of making the finals, and a decent shot of winning it all.

I'd love to know what will be the format for the Season Finals. I hope it won't be a standard 4 groups of 4 then a 8-player single elimination bracket. I'd like some variation in the tournaments formats. A double elimination bracket would be nice.

If static swarm host play becomes the dominant strategy Blizzard will nerf it. David Kim said as much in his SOTG Q&A, that if entrenched swarm hosts become their only usage they would be changed. For instance, they could reduce the lifetime of the locust and shorten the range of the hosts, force them to burrow closer to the front. He's also mentioned before about possibly reducing the host's burrow time to promote their usage as a raider so they can more easily move around the battlefield
I don't think BabyKnight handled them well, though. He did the same thing for two games, tried to engage the hosts head-on with colossi and archons and the mothership, but he was too passive in letting Stephano spread his creep (which extends the range of the swarm host) and letting Stephano have the economy to amass a death ball of corruptors and vipers. You can't engage the hosts once there's 20 of them and they have air support.

I must say, WCS EU is great both production wise and with games. WCS EU > KR > KR2

That would suck, since I often time my posts to be the first on a page, each deleted post would destroy that strategy.

Kinda sad that they don't give the players time to prep for the finals like they do in GSL... although I suppose that it can lead to closer games this way.

Edit: Damn, Apollo really amazes me sometimes. That call of the 2nd thor rush on Whirlwind in Lucifron vs forGG was stunning. He's probably the only caster who can do that.

He is, isn't he?
So quickly has he become my second favourite commentator (after Tastosis, but that's not fair)!
I wish he'd get to cast with TB again, the guys are like two balls in a ballsack. Add to that the cock Adebisi and the scrotum RedEye for the complete junk of entertainment. €: That sounds much less positive than I had intended it to...
I felt like the observing and Apollo's analysis made it so easy to follow the games and really understand - deeply - what was going on. Those two don't miss any details and really focus on the important shit. I loved how the observer sometimes boxed in the supply when Apollo pointed it out, that's a broadcast I would show people to get into SC2.

The observer was Funkka, and he is doing his job at least as well as Adebisi I would say.
