Soo....I haven't watched an SC2 game since HoTS was released....do foreign teams still suck?

edit: Also, I noticed there are no more foreigners in the GSL. That blows

Pretty much. EGTL was something like 0-12 before getting Coach Park, and they still aren't doing very well.
