I don't like Blizzard's handling of WCS in general. What was the point, again? Was it to promote regional play? Because WCS America is going to be invaded by like two dozen mid to top-tier Koreans. EU has like 4-6 Koreans (none of which I'd consider top-tier, except maybe Tails) in the quals alone, not including the invites to the Premier league. But the part that stings the most is that we won't see foreigners competing in the GSL anymore because of this exclusive/lock system. And the top Koreans won't be coming over to MLG anymore unless they're locked to WCS America. And then the reduced Korean prize pool (from last year). And how there was little communication and time given to the teams/players to prepare for this. | ||
