Depends on who he plays .Even Without lag i still rate at least 15 Europeans even or better than him.

There are not 15 europeans, probably not even 5, who could win games against good players in GSTL regularly, let alone devise snipe builds to take out anyone. Tied perhaps with finale, Tails is by far the best player in this qualifier.

still tails is not like "uh he beast all europeans" i can name instant 10 who are easy better and so naming 15 isnt that hard (even some unknown i am sure in this matchup tails would have HUGE problems, and the players arent rly known ... jaeh 300ms ARE MUCH but top pros can still win (like hyun) in europe ...

We all assume Stephano is still number one but he's been smashed in HOTS so far.

Results wise it's MaNa -> Luci/VortiX atm, I'd say. Haven't seen anything out of Stephano.

I'd be very sad if Feast doesn't qualify today. Making it two times in a row in RO4/RO8 is incredibly hard, it's going to be very difficult to make it once again. But he should qualify. If he beats TargA then the semifinal is probably easier.

On the other side, I hope an Empire guy goes through.

What have Lucifron/Vortix done in HOTS? Lucifron looked really behind at IEM but a lot has changed since then.

Mana I guess has done the best but that amounts to be good in minor team leagues and I can't really get behind that as good evidence.

Starbuck pretty good. Ive been following him in some zotac cups etc. he's really good and has special strats i havent seen anybody use yet. i.e. against airtoss for example (which do work).
