Why would a poster on TL have more knowledge than the best players from BW/SC2? They don't! Just take yesterday matches : 2 KeSPA advances. Take today's match : 2 eSF advances. Group A and B ? 1 KeSPA and 1 eSF each. It's fucking perfectly balanced !
Also 3 Z, 3 T and 2 P... Even race seems nice and balanced

Pretty much. Nothing wrong with a rivalry, and I see the kespa cheers as cheering on a group of players (old school BW players mostly) not necessarily the kespa organization itself. At least that's how I see them. PartinG is a bit of a funny case in how I address him because most generally think kespa = elephant.
What I have a problem with is just the bullshit some of the kespa fans spew that simply isn't true. As if the average kespa player is on an entirely different tier than ESF players. This wouldn't be a problem if it was even somewhat validated with the results. Nothing I've seen thus far gameplay-wise leads me to believe Kespa will largely displace ESF at the top. Two Kespa players advance over 2 ESF players? Okay, cool. Come back when code S is > 50% kespa. Come back when ESF players look like foreigners vs Koreans. Because what I see so far is a pretty even field between two factions.

i can actually predict an argument/excuse that esf fans can use in the future if/when GSL becomes kespa dominated - it'll be because all the eSF talent is off farming money in WCS EU and NA lol

To be honest this is all probably just because there aren't many true, meaningful rivalries in Starcraft right now. KT vs SKT sure, but what else is there? And KT aren't even very good in PL! Leessangrok is basically pointless unless Jaedong stops sucking, ST vs IM is only a rivalry because they are the best ESF teams and not because there's actually anything there, Fanta vs JangBi was looking to become a great rivalry at the end of BW but JangBi got all the trophies over Fanta and they are only decent at SC2, DRG/MKP and Mvp/MMA are irrelevant in 2013... and... I can't think of anything else.
These guys need to start stepping up their rivalry-making. Maybe Flash vs Life can be a good one if they meet in another final. Other than those two, I can't see anyone else making a meaningful rivalry.
I guess until then we have to put up with Kespa vs ESF
I really hope they consolidate GSTL and PL so we can start focusing our hatred on teams again.
But then I'd be torn between Woongjin and IM T_T

The reason I, and probably some other """""ESF Fans""""""" (whatever), aren't as hostile as the BW elitists is that I never ever played BW, i didn't know anything about these players, and to me it's really interesting to see completely new (to me) players come into the scene and show new strategies and interesting play. The more great players, the more exciting it is to me and everyone else. Of course I never cheer for them, because the bw people on these forums are so damn annoying (see the group C thread) so it just seems so hard to support them, but yeh.
TRUE though is different, big fan of him after that series with fantasy! Oh, and Innovation of course ![](/mirror/smilies/smile.gif)

I can handle the earlier one. http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewpost.php?post_id=18269918i premade prime vs. startale, i'll do the other one tomorrow morning when i wake up haha, getting a bit tired Oh wait WHAT they are BOTH in the evening? -_-'' I can't then because that is driving time.
