I need to stop reading this thread NOW! Such interesting, action packed, entertaining games with so many new elements, but people here are just whining, not able to enjoy anything but their race winning..

Getting 3rd place might be more desirable for Dream or Stephano, they have a 1/3 chance of meeting PartinG, Ret or Mana each while they would have to play First, Sting and Nerchio otherwise, I'd argue that only PartinG would be a harder opponent for them than the 3rd place finishers from A/B/C.

The thing is, that this works if mines are used as mines.
But people don't use mines as mines. They use them as replaceable splash support for their bio ball. Mines are hardly ever alone. You cannot pick them off or force them to trigger.

i like how stephano learns so quickly despite barely playing

can even afford to discover the meta during tournament

i get crushed in ZvT in the start of the game and can't come back later due to aggression

I can't believe there's already so much balance whine when the game hasn't been released yet, and we haven't seen players like Life, DRG, Flash, Taeja, Squirtle, etc. etc. fighting against each other in a tournament..
Just one tournament with huge differences of skill AND practice..
So far i saw the player playing better win in almost every game of this tournament so i don't see what's to complain about yet.
