On one hand, I want more Zergs at MLG

on the other hand, Life only ever (except that one time -.-) gets eliminated by Zergs, so it'd be great if MLG was all T/P. I guess I'll cheer for Seed - he's a pretty cool guy anyway.

Sniper probably didn't practice much HotS. I can see Seed winning this convincingly.

Seed has played a lot of HOTS, while Sniper is still in the GSL. I think Seed is a big favorite here. Unless Sniper is suddenly superman

sniper looked like he didn't even know what the oracle did..just seems like another invited player who hasn't been playing hots almost at all. i'm sure there are good reasons, probably because he's still practicing for GSL and just doesn't see this tourney as a priority. I just feel like MLG dropped the ball on the invites, it seems like a substantial percentage of their invites haven't been playing HotS much, many of which could likely have been foreseen to be too busy for HotS beta practice.

I believe Sniper vs Seed was the same day as Creator vs NesTea which was on Feb 13, the same day Sniper played Maru in Code A. If it was on the same day as Mvp vs Curious then it was on Feb 12. All the esf Korean games were on those 2 days I'm pretty sure.

The problem was they did their invites based off WoL results without taking into account who would still be playing in WoL tournaments. It makes sense to send Sniper an invite as a GSL champion and a high finish at IPL5 if you just look at that, but since he's still playing in the GSL it will obviously take away from his ability to practice HoTS leading to a lower quality of games.

Worst FF this year. Didn't matter though, the nexus cannon is pretty good...

Seed attempts to throw the game away again by attacking with stalker +4 templar+1 archon down a lot of supply against an equal base zerg. WHYYYYYYy

I must say, with a few exceptions I am quite impressed with HotS so far. Perhaps it's just the hype of novelty, but games seem to be more exciting on average.
Now I'm just hoping they'll fix the few truly wonky things (hellbats and zerg early game defense), and perhaps improve the distribution of spells among new protoss units (I don't like the focus on the MC).
