In most cases it's better to just take out one clump after another, at least unless you have Nestea amount of banelings. Good point. Explains why I always see baneling trains instead of scattered one.

The thing is, that it is not a counter to "being spread". The main idea behind spreading, is to weaken splash. The sideeffect is that the distances get bigger as well. If you split banelings as Zerg, you can counter this sideeffect. But your splash will always be less efficient, hence, you cannot counter that. True, if you oversplit banes, then the marines just kill it. But no matter which race you play, you split clump for clump (in the higher unit amounts) so you usually will have enough to kill the marine clump.

Lets just agree that Genius has been longer on the top, while TaeJa started to explode just recently (this year), but managed to achieve more impressive runs and won big tournaments afterall, while Genius pretty much is an valueable but predictable player that always does kind of well but never gets a title in the end.

Now it is hard to find people to give out, maybe stephano? But who else, Some EG international players? I think giving seeds to KeSPA players again will make some fans unhappy.

If Stephano does stay in Korea for Proleague, then I'd have to assume it'd be him and Idra.

It runes the game seriously. Maybe code A seeds but not code S. If Stephano or Idra wants to get in they need to do what the Koreans do, they cannot get special treatment. The foreigners still have a lot of prove, you cannot lower the standards just for fan appeal. It would almost be like match-fixing, why not just put foreigners into top 4 a few seasons later? But I would not mind foreign tournaments seeding korean players that do well in Code S, that is reasonable because being the Koreans are the better players.
