Really solid performance, even more considering it's his first time in a big stage. Just wish he would go to more tournaments.

You may as well just have NA pro gamers vote on it, because they are annoyed as fuck by his existence. Pretty much TL elites hate him, youtube noobs loved him. If vote nationwide, not just pros, he will get the positive vote.

Standard game doesn't always produce the interesting game and that is what's wrong with SC2 right now. I would prefer to watch that series 1 time than PvZ 10 times I'm not talking about this game, somebody who has cheated in the past shouldn't even be allowed to try to qualify. Combatex got enough "2nd" chances from this community, in fact he has enough to probably give ever member of tl one, WCG, or any tournament organizer for that matter, should not allow someone like that to even play in their tournaments. And thats not even taking to account how much of a cheating sack of shit he was in star 1... The fact that there are people within this community even defending someone like that is just fucking sad. If our community would have been in charge of savior's punishment he would probably be winning gsls atm...

Don't get on your high horse for stream cheating when other players who have done far worse have been forgiven. Both are wrong, one is worse than the other.

The problem with the community is that no one wants to watch exciting series. They think a drawn out macro fest is the 'correct' play when there is no such thing. Whenever someone produces an exciting game, it's because there's not a drawn out macro game, and then they get ostracized for cheesing. FUCKING MVP gets shit for cheesing and hes arguably the best SC2 player so far. As soon as the community gets over the idiotic idea that there is a way to play the game, then it'll open the doors to a whole new world, both for pros not feeling obligated to play 'right' and for the players themselves who might learn to stop cheese if they would respect it Edit: I would like to add, that although stream cheating on ladder is low, and I in no way condone it, it breaks no rules of literally anything. Doesn't break Blizzard TOS, doesn't break tournament rules, doesn't break the law, doesn't break the stream site's TOS.

It's the fact that a little bming gm cheater playing one of the best players in the world is more entertaining than watching 2 extremely good players go add it, I see, don't know whats wrong with you people but thats really sad. I say if WCG has any honor left they should just ban people like combatex... Actually players who talk smack in MMA are respected, and if the world was Mad Max people like you would get their head used for a soup bowl.
