its time...for a new 2vs2 cup i think !
so i grabbed some money together (thanks to the SC2 Community!),and now we ware hosting a
50€ 2vs2 Cup on Friday,9th of November 2012 @ 19h CEST !
The Pool is split :
1.35€
2.15€
3.0€
for the first 2 teams,no 3rd place match !
but there are two important things for ur sign up :
1. ONLY ONE PLAYER PER TEAM HAS TO SIGN UP !
our cupsystem CANT handle teams atm.so just sign up/check in ONE PLAYER per team.

in grid will appear player A vs player B for example,then u contact ur opponent,veto map,and dont forget to invite ur partner 
thats all.
2.DONT USE the replay upload system!
like i said before,our system cant handle 2v2 (including replays) atm,so u have to report ur win manually to headadmin !
both points are written down in @ the rulespage too,so pls think about it !
so again,50€ 2vs2 Action cup on friday !

Oh, saying 7.12 was super confusing at first. Not used to a normal idea of day/month/year instead of our month/day/year
Is it possible to play on the US server? If so I could tell some people about this and there would be more activity.

nope,we all cant see which teams have signed up so far 
its a trap! ^^ nope,the thing is,in that system we are using its impossible to see wich players/teams signed up.
and we are already listed on event calendar

Good job on making a 2vs2 tournament!! Really love 2vs2, but why only ladder maps? there are very good community maps, and IMO some of them are better than most of the ladder maps, which sadly were not updated in 2 years and in some you can't go beyond 2 bases per player, or even 1.
Some of the maps you can find on the EU server:

A very new map, played a few games on it and it seems like a REALLY good map.

My map, so a bit of self promotional, I am not as good in map making as the other map makers so feel free to ignore this map
If you want more 2vs2 maps that are not on the ladder just say and I will look for more, but I think you don't want too many new maps, since its hard to learn many at a time, even a single new map can create very cool games, while 3-5 can create a whole new metagame (which means crazier and more fun games, but lower skill level).
Even if you don't use better maps I will still most likely participate, but better maps only means better games and more fun, so I don't see any wrong in it Anyways again good job and thank you for doing it!
