Awesome stuff. :D Not to mention the police escorts he gets! :D You mean this one? Okay, I overexaggerated a bit. Haha. Guess my imagination wanted a throng or legion to be there. :D But yeah, that was so awesome! Screw it having someone chase you down the streets is a massive victory lol.

Maybe you could argue that he should have put down a hatch in Grubby's main below his army when he destroyed Grubby's buildings there to make space, but he had nowhere else to put them really. maybe build like 8 hatcheries imo, he couldnt use those drone for anything else useful Your meant to march spore crawlers with your broodlord army in those situations. They don't lose health off creep and are scoring. See Curious vs MC GSL this season. They dont? I've always assumed that Z just spew creep under the army to prevent them from loosing health? Ret couldn't spew creep - you only do that when you have a Lair and he had no Lair do you know if lets say an overlord is pooping creep. but then lair/hive get killed. does the overlord continue pooping creep or does it just stop?
Carries on pooping as far as i know.

It would have been incredibly simple for him to have had a few spores mixed into his army...was an ENORMOUS blunder by Ret. Well sure that would be the best solution, but as people pointed out, he had no evo chambers left for a while. Thinking 100% crystal clear isn't really easy in that situation either. Don't spores lose health offcreep anyway, which again brings the problem of Ret having to hunt down Grubby's bases with his army? They have regen when unrooted which counteracts the health loss. You can have them live indefinitely unrooted even without creep. Well that is interesting, I didn't even know that. I suppose in that case having multiple spores hiding under there would have forced Grubby to engage the army, or at least try some sort of suicide strike to snipe the spores. Someone should test this, but I wonder what would happen if this was the case and Protoss vortexed all the spores... Would they be considered to be removed from the game during the duration of the vortex?

The mental image of guards being ready with shovels is a quite amusing one.

Your correct.
But it's something that you need to thinking about in advance when your using a highly immobile composition like broordlords and start to get pulled out of position.

correct they are considered buildings so they don't get trapped by vortex.
