The time has come for our thirty-second IGN Pro League Fight Club! This is a weekly king of the hill showmatch series. Basically, there will be a 1 vs. 1 best of 9 showmatch each and every week, where the winner will earn a $500 prize and a $100 bounty on their head. For example, if a player wins three weeks in a row they will have earned $1,500 and a $300 bounty. If a NEW challenger defeats him, they will earn $500 for the showmatch, take the $300 bounty home, and have a new $100 bounty placed on their head for each week that they win.
When: Monday, Sep 10 11:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00) (we will also broadcast the match repeatedly afterwards!)
TSL's HyuN is the only person ever to win 4 consecutive weeks on Fight Club! This Zerg player has racked up over $2,000 in winnings and is showing no signs of stopping! This week, Grubby.Grubby will be on the attack, trying to slay HyuN and claim his $400 bounty. Can one of Europe's finest Protoss players take down this Zergy behemoth once and for all? Tune in to find out!
Haven't watched fight club in a while. Am I reading this right this is the 32nd week of FC and only 3 foreigners have managed to win even a single match?

Ah yes. For some reason I saw sjow's name but it didn't register with my head. I guess I'm unable to comprehend the idea that a foreign terran could actually win something.
O.o the poll is 50/50? Really? I mean I understand Grubby is a pretty big personality in the foreign community, and yes he is a Good player but I expect a complete and total roflstomp from HyuN. 5-2, 5-3 at most imo
Considering Hyuns best match up is ZvP I would think he will win, Grubby is good just not that good, hope he takes a few games thou. Actually I hope Grubby wins the whole thing, would be nice for the protoss race

on maps like entombed u would be shocked to see what happens to a protoss deathball when he moves in the middle of the map and gets flanked with roach hydra and coruptors from 2 sides . roach/hydra/corruptor is good on open area . better then broodlords that need to zone in open area with spines
Most of the people who could beat Hyun have already been in Fight Club by now, that's not to say they don't have anyone who could beat him. Has Mvp ever done FC? Seed could take him out as well.
Yeah might be time for some vs Zerg specialists! Not sure if any of these guys have been on FC yet, but a off the top of my head, a few zerg specialists - MMA - 71% TvZ HerO - 66% PvZ Seed - 64% PvZ Taeja - 70% TvZ Curious - 71% ZvZ

HerO and TaeJa have already been sent out.
is there a rule that people can´t return? because that would make it hard to continue after awhile really

There are hundreds of players who could play.
well still if they want to bring in the same player twice what is stopping them. Although now that I think about it, it would take quite a lot of time to go trough all the "good" players already so I guess its not a big problem anyway.
I wonder if people would start voting in polls more accurately if there were two separate polls in the OP: one for their Head and one for their Heart. In other words: "Who do you think is going to win?" and "Who are you rooting for?" Surely then, more people would be able to recognize things like "I really like Player X, but I understand that Player Y is still the heavy favorite." Such a thing would be interesting, because then we could discern what the crowd *actually* considers to be an upset... rather than the one current poll being an ambiguous mix of some people voting with their heads and some people voting with their hearts (or dicks?).

I doubt Zerglings are that picky about which parts of their body they attack with.
lol.. true.. I was going to say that they'll care when it's their claws that are upgraded at the evo chamber.. but it's melee attacks, so, teeth might get upgraded as well.. hehe.

Hyun vs Curious would be so sick. I never get tired of high level ZvZ
