Ladies and gentlemen may I present to you the first, in a series of tournaments sponsored directly by myself and members of the Star Strikers community: The Champions League. With the release of Blizzard's new Arcade format, and the star power generated by the likes of Psy, TotalBiscuit, Husky, Idra, and DjWheat... it is finally time to show the SC2 community what top level Star Strikers play looks like!
This first North American tournament will act as a Fall Championship, in which shall feature a double elimination bracket to determine the victor. The prize breakdown will be as followed;
1st Place: $30 each
2nd Place: $15 each
3rd Place: $5 each
Rules:
-Each team must be signed up by September 21st 6pm EST
-Teams must clearly state members in the team, and the team name.
Example:
Team Name: RazorLeaf FC
Players: Jegol, Archemis, Souljah
Substitutes: losefast
-Teams are allowed a maximum of two substitutes per team
-On the day of the tournament teams must check in at least 2 team members at 6pm EST, Tournament begins at 6:25 EST.
Strikers Format:
-8 min Halves
-No Attack
-Ranked
-Unique Units
-One Point Walk-In Value
