ByuN..not only did he beat NesTea, a zerg, but he's the only one in RO8 to win by a 3-0.

wtf. sigh. They are both very skilled players. Anyone that tries to deny this needs just stop it now...

I have my opinion, you have yours. I respect a player who earned his way into Code S more than someone given a welfare seed.

Things turned out the way the should have.

You do realise that Dongraegu also got seeded into Code S after getting third in MLG Raleigh last year?

http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/2011_MLG_Pro_Circuit/Raleigh

As part of the GSL-MLG Exchange Program DongRaeGu will be awarded a GSL Code S spot.

Well that's like your opinion, man.

I think Naniwa watched a lot of DRG game and realized he is really powerful in the late game. That's why he pretty much did all-in one after another. It proved quite powerful because it put DRG in a rubber match. However, I think MC > NaNiWa in doing all-in So if MC follow NaNiWa example, with better micros, I think it's going to be awesome.

So sad Naniwa botched his army control in the very last fight, I think he was in a good position to take the game. The warp prism flying over the creep was sad too, he probably could have denied the 5th :-/

Anyway impressive play from both players and really nice game, hope Naniwa keep performing well in the next GSL.

Terrible games by naniwa, losing cause of shitty control, it should have been 3-1. in Game 2 and 3 he made such basic mistakes as having move comanded army in line of spines and fungles, and let his army split in to two while walking towards the push losing 3 stalkers and a sentury. horrible games compared to last night

Is that supposed to be a joke? You must be an idiot. He just went to a close game 5 against DRG and Naniwa's control was anything but terrible. Like... what the fuck. Are you blind?

It doesnt matter that he had good micro, he would send his units and lose half of them cause of not paying attention or letting them be split while walking to destination, or move comanding into enemy army and instead of winnign losing bunch of stuff. His mistakes were huge and dont belong at this level of play. He had great builds but executed them poorly.

It must be you who is blind. Watch games 2-3. Naniwa lost cause of crappy control of his units in a possition he had an advantage in.
So.. this Earth, nice planet you might say- WRONG!!

I'll have to agree that Seed was more impressive to me and showed better games and more interesting builds (Tasteless going overboard with the hype as usual) but Naniwa definitely proved his worth tonight.

Well, at least I'm quite happy it went 3 - 0 then. Would've been a shitstorm if it was 3 - 2 with this issue. (Though it doesn't say it would've ended the same way it did).

i thought Naniwa played better, but DRG was more consistent. tbh, without that one move-command mistake, i don't think DRG would have been able to beat him. still, they are both beastly.

he's a Zerg. Naniwa is boring to watch.

How in the great name of fuck can you even say that after watching this series?

because the games weren't that great overall (last one was pretty bad despite being tense, same for 3rd/4th). You're hyped as fuck so you can't see that Symbol vs Seed was waaaaaay better ie.

your face is boring n000bb naniwa pwn u anyday pl0x

he doesn't have time to waste in such a stupid manner, and that's why you've to respect him. But i doubt you know the meaning of this word.

yep.. thats a pretty big oversight.. im sure byun did that double bunker on the fly seeing that there was no supply depot. Not taking away from byun but GSL should have restarted with the right map the second they realized it was the wrong map.

MC fanboy as I am, I have to say that MC has lost his god-likeness. He himself got emotional over making it to a ro4 for the first time in a long time.

That is YOUR opinion.

DRG is stronger overall player, but the class S micro from Nani always shows off interesting games.

compare that serie to Seed vs Symbol. Look at the builds/decision making from Seed. Watch Nani's game plan.

Frankly, if DRG keeps playing like he did in this series, both MC and Seed should be able to stomp him easily. Symbol played way better yesterday than DRG did today, and still lost.
