I'm really curious if Genius is in Code S again next season (likely) if Genius will pick Naniwa again. I mean, 3rd time good time?

I doubt he cares about that, he'll know they are obviously closely matched and he only lost because of the second set because of the research fail. But I'm sure the fail itself will bug him as well as the way the groups panned out/.

Naniwa to make the semi finals, and pick Genius?

Would be funny =D

Plus a fat concave. Overall way superier position. Haters gonna hate

He only got into a better position because Genius had no range. Otherwise his unit would've melted as he turned around and his Colossi were more stacked before the engagment. I was rooting for Naniwa, but let's be honest, he got really lucky that game.

No. Naniwa would have lost that fight if genius had range stupid way to lose

but good for nani!

NaNiwa still had more Archons, I believe. Would've been a closer fight, but I don't think it would've been a guarantee win for Genius.

You must be new to the game.

9 3/2 Collosus vs 7 3/0 Collosus = rape. Micro barely matters in late game PvP collosus wars.

He forgot range, that was that.

2 Collosi vs 5+ Archons. NaNiwa was down on Collosi because he was investing his gas into something else (in this case Archons). Just because you have more Collosi, doesn't mean you win the fight.

While the lack of thermal lance probably decided that game, you have a point with the archons, they absorb a TON of colossus fire, combine that with extra immortals and a few shots of naniwa's colossi on genius' and I think that fight could still have been won by Naniwa even if Genius had range
I have no quote!

Well he outplayed Naniwa really but forgot collosus range. He'd had won 4-2 if he hadn't forgotten range.

It's really not.

Its an excuse like you allways do when a Korean loses. He had a bad day. He was jetlagged bla bla bla. Shut up and say welldone to Naniwa you pathetic humen being

Then you are ignorant, micro is everything in lategame PvP, it's all about the guy that can force the better engagement. I agree that it didn't matter when you don't have range, but you can easily win a fight in PvP even if you are behind on ups if you have good micro. Doing simple stuff like pulling an immortal foward change the entire fight.

Where "micro" mostly stands for "I hope he leaves his colossi in a choke for a just a second while I am looking and he's not."

More ignorance -.-

Dident he also have more immortals?

4:2 in favor of NaNiWa, unless Genius made more, which I really doubt.

This is a great picture. Khaldor remaining totally professional and unbiased.
Why would he remain unbiased? He was there like a fan, went to cheer for his buddy, not like an employee of Gom.

Calling Naniwa's second (read: second in a row) GSL quarterfinal is kind of hilarious.

Right now I could genuinely see Nestea taking not only his group but the whole tournament. He's been looking beastly but quiet recently. Always a deadly combo.
