Taeja is the only good player on the team tbh ... You're right, GSL Code S Ro4 Hero is not a good player. Frankly in PvP he isn't a very good player. Seed outplayed him pretty harshly in that game. Don't get me wrong, there are quite a few players he could definitly beat, but he isn't that great at PvP (and he hasn't been in great form in general lately). I guess Taeja regrets letting that game slip through his fingers very badly right now. As a sidenote, did Hero pick that map? And if so, why did he pick a blink map if he wanted to go for a robo build? I'd hardly say Seed outplayed Hero. If anything, I was far more impressed by Hero's play that game with the stalker harass and those baller ffs(and that *almost* pylon block vs the zlots). Not to take anything from Seed though, he played really well, but *if*(and I know that's a big if) Hero hadn't lost all those units trying to get down the ramp, Hero would've been in a superb position. Oh sorry, I'm meant to inform you that this post doesn't conform to TL's archetypal LR thread standards. Hero lost, ergo 'he's outclassed' 'overhyped' 'choker' etc. Seed now may be referred to as 'world's best player'. Don't forget to mention that TL is now a one man team! In future if you adjust your posting to include more of what I've posted you'll go far. MIDDLE GROUNDS ARE FOR THE WEAK IT MUST ALWAYS GO TO THE EXTREMES.

ah taeja is super good and all but i dont think anyone could be expected to beat IM all by them self twice in a row xD

Also to everyone who said that Taeja is the best player in the world at the moment, Seed just beat him.
But nonetheless, TL is one of the best and well coordinated and composed foreign team of all time.
And how did Taeja get Mvp? It should have been Seed. Oh well, pity trophy I guess. By that logic, someone on ladder soon will be the best player in the world, because they will beat Seed -___-.
Yeah I don't think this guy understands logic, Flash is the best player ever in BW because he wins around 70% of the time. The 30% of the time that someone beats him does that make them the best player ever? It's the law of averages my friend he's bound to lose at some point, it still doesn't change the fact that he's an absolutely incredible player and likely the best in the world at this time. Also I think Taeja had more wins in this tournament than some teams did all together, how would he not get the mvp award?

TaeJa chewed up a long list of high Code A/borderline Code S players, beat AWFUL-GOD-AWFUL-IN-TEAMLEAGUE Nestea, and then traded games with a championship class player in Seed. Kinda like a Korean weekly, except he didn't win in the end D: (minus the appearance of unspeakably-disappointing-in-teamleague Nestea)

This is what happens when IM do nothing but throw 2 base collussus at TaeJa, alas. HerO almost had it, just needed some sentries to hold that. Oh well, I guess that's Seed's 15 minutes of fame out the window, Liquid were carried pretty hard by TaeJa but I expect they'll come back bigger & better. HerO just needs to regain his confidence, TLO should've been thrown out instead of Ret given his current form, Zenio... I dunno, he seems like the weak link for Liquid right now.
Still, been a fun albeit dreary at times day.
You tell em Venien! You know which players are good, who should play, who's form is bad and who is the weakest link.

Continuing to prove that he is the best in the world. Right behind Seed. The guy who went 1-1 with Taeja today and just won GSL. After Taeja was so freaking exhausted. Yep, right behind seed xd Well, Seed's GSL Champion pin was slowing him down. When Taeja gets one of those they'll have a fair match.

after all the production mistakes and fuck ups, the real tragedy seems to be that taeja was defeated by fatigue and not by seed. i dont think taeja would of let a dt get 23 kills if he hadnt been playing for the best part of 8 hours in build up.
so impressive from him, gratz to IM for the win, but taeja is the real winner of this event. $9k compared to the fame and power he gets from being so dominant.

No. Maybe, but not necessarily. Some really great games, though! He was the only one to stop taeja, and hes the current gsl champ, so yeah best player in the world ATM. GSL is one tournament, no offense I understand it's important but it's hardly the way of proving the best player in the world when they only play that one tournament.
GSL Code S is harder than any tourney Taeja has won. No disrespect to Taeja he is definately a beast.

Taeja played spectacularly (though I'm still not jumping on the "best player in the world" wagon just yet) and Seed proved his championship was no fluke. I feel bad for the rest of Liquid, but hopefully this motivates them to be "worthy" teammates for Taeja in team leagues.
IPL should really consider writing those guys a check for their next event (if there is even going to be one), the only reason I'm still up is because of them.
