Been arguing that for a while to be honest; don't expect any Terrans to accept that view however. It's easier to whine about how OP and lacking in skill Protoss is because apparently we can just magically build a huge army and conjure up Colossi from nowhere and roll over the Terran. Ignoring the fact it's an absolute nightmare to GET to that huge army, and one misplaced forcefield or storm or one bad split of templars can be GG.

But, terran is better early game and MVP is good enough to force wins through that advantage. Parting is so good late game that he smashes MVP, but has a hard time getting there. This is the reason why Terran have won so many tournaments and the double edge sword that cause so many weak terran players to cry imba. If you can't power out an competitive edge early enough, then get out of terran, cause it's the race of fast beats. And MVP, he's the meanest, fastest terran out there. This is the curse of Blizzard forgetting how to design a positional game. How was that game not positional? It was extremely positional, but very fast paced. If the stalkers were any closer to those medivacs the drop would have failed hard, the re-position MVP did just before he dropped won him the game. (I still think parting could have focused fired better) Even the loss that MVP suffered was because his army started in a terrible position that PartinG spotted with his obs.

When I see a match up my attitude should be "this is gonna be interesting", not "this is gonna be boring most probably". That's quite a bit different from "broken and can't be fixed.".

More terrans should allin and force them to play more safe, making the terran standard play better. Who cares? If MC did his 2 base aggressive play to go this far TL would be all over him.

Every interview he mentions how much his wrists hurt, his micro has definitely fallen from what it used to be. He didn't fly to IPL4 to rest. Had me worried entire season. Yet here he is~

Yes if you fuck up and let your opponent doom drop your base, you'll lose. His obs position wasn't as good as it could be. For example, he could have had 2 obs around the unpathable areas of the base and pretty much be able to see every possible drop area + obs can't be sniped. His obs was out of position (the first one), and the second one got there too late. Same thing happens in BW...people are just so good in that game now you don't see stupid mistakes like that. Flash almost had huge comeback vs Fantasy doomdropping his main, he was just behind already so it barely didn't work. MVP wasn't behind, his drop worked out enough to win. Parting lost game one for a huge anti-timing moveout and messing up his forcefields. Parting lost game two by forgetting how to respond to 1-1-1. MVP lost game three by miscontrolling his army. Parting lost game four by fucking up as I explained earlier. The only reason MVP won game 1,2,4 and four were by Parting messing up (game four being the most excusable imo). But when MVP consistently plays people who don't make stupid errors, he'll have to evolve his play, as will Toss when they play Terrans who can consistently engage lategame well. As people get better you won't see errors like this and so games will be longer, or at least I think and hope they will.
