But man, NightEnd played terrible there. He'd been playing so well lately, and then there's his whole move to Korea... surprising. Very surprising. A lot of people get depressed when they are exposed to the Korean style in its fullest incarnation. Naniwa and Morrow went through those periods as well.
There's a correlation, but there isn't a causation established here. I think the other reason expressed (not used to the delay) is a lot more realistic.

So certainly no Dreamhack next week and maybe forfeit for his next match in NASL except if he has already postponed it.

That doesn't qualify as notifying NASL. NASL still has an obligation to wait for him to show up, and Stephano's opponent also has an obligation to wait (which can be annoying - see July v White-Ra in S1 where July waited 4 hours or so from 3 AM onwards).
Stephano has every right not to play the match and to enjoy his vacation, and I think he did the right thing. He just needed to actually tell a NASL admin.

Well congrats to Puma. He should be able to win the group now that his hardest games are out of the way most likely

Was looking forward to Puma vs Stephano all day.
Is Stephano´s first vacation in a very long time. Since december he has been traveling all over the world. If you really hate a player becuase he is takign 1 week off to spend time with his family then ill say you got issues.
Stephano will still qualify for the final and ill say he is a top favorite to win this tournament I only see Alive who can stop him.
Ofcourse its sad we didnt get to see Stephano vs Puma again but Puma is proberly happy.

I am not Stephano's fan or something, but you people... Guy went to vacation with his FAMILY and bunch of you folks acting like he didn't play this match because he doesn't care or something.
(doesn't matter he didn't notice NASL earlier at least not for the point I am trying to make, his match wouldn't be played anyway.) I don't care about that. But do you realize how many times he has not shown up to online tournaments. Hell he even forfeited the finals of one tournament because he was "tired". Almost any other pro would show more passion and gratitude for being allowed in a tournament than Stephano... Your posts pretty much comes down to you not caring about anything but the entertainment he can give you, when he fails to do that you hate him. I would argue that his posts pretty much come down to Stephano not taking plenty of tournaments seriously, or their rules, or the fans that want to watch him play in the tournaments that he signs up for and then ignores (including Millenium's own tournament, which he didn't show up for after agreeing to play in, and is now temporarily banned from... how can you even ignore your own team's Pro Cup and let your team down countless times in both that tournament and other team tournaments x.x). You argue poorly based on his two posts, in this thread, then. Imo Bringing those things up when he is just on a skiing vacation with his family shows an egoistical attitude about him being inconvenienced because he could not watch Stephano play a match versus Puma for his entertainment. Since they hardly have much in common with this current situation (Stephano skiing) versus earlier situations (Stephano skipping games for less acceptable reasons) Except one thing, he didn't end up playing the match that this dude who hates him wanted to see. Do you hate him, too? Or are you a bit more balanced in who end up in the box of people you feel justified to directly hate as a person? Considering you're assuming everyone who rolls his eyes at Stephano being a no-show... which is the norm... must hate him, it's a bit hypocritical to say anyone else is jumping to conclusions. I have incredibly great respect for Stephano as a player. Amazingly talented. Possibly the best foreigner (or top three at least, not going to argue between Naniwa and others). However, he has not earned my respect as a person, because of his consistent immaturity and terrible decision-making. He's generally irresponsible and doesn't take tournaments seriously. I think he has a lot of growing up to do in general. That's my opinion, and it comes from a multitude of Stephano's controversies. I don't hate him. That doesn't make sense. I don't know him personally. I didn't say you hate him, I asked you if you also, do. But I am glad you are clear minded enough to see that it indeed does not make sense to decide to hate a person based on him not showing up to play a match. To bring up reasons to point out how you find him immature, irresponsible and "it is the norm he is a no-show" <-- statements like this. That, is the type of thing that does not demand respect for someone's person. If you ask me. You decided to foam at the mouth for no logical reason, at Stephano, the eagerness to do so is what can be telling. So justifying an opinion with evidence is... illogical? o.O ::head explodes:: Double signing contracts, playing in simultaneous tournaments and then quitting, leaving countless tournaments (including Millenium's), etc. These aren't good reasons to not care for a person's character? Have you not followed these Stephano problems? All right, well suit yourself. I'm not going to talk about this anymore and muck up the thread. He's not even a part of tonight's games. No, foaming about those issues, because he did not play a bo3 today, because he is skiing with his family, is what is telling about you. I don't think I can make it clearer, you saw apples and started to spew at him about oranges. Starcraft is his job. If you are working a job, you don't simply go on vacation without giving anyone proper notice. Thats all there is to it, if you cannot understand that then I suggest you don't post anymore on matters such as these.
For you its his job for Stephano he is having a year off having fun and making alot of money. And btw Hallowed its funny you allways here to paint Stephano in bad light when something is happening no matter what it is. You must really hate the guy. Did Stephano make you favorite player look silly or something?

NASL refusing to reschedule matches. NASL forcing players to play at 4:30am. Who wants to play at 4:30am? LOL

I reckon that makes it 1-1 in the blame game ^^

Kinda selfish to follow rules so blindly in this case, he informed you 3 days ago, especially when he played at 4am last week for you. You just robbed viewers of probably highest level match in nasl3 group play.

So again from Stephano's twitter :
"MillStephano @MillStephano
@Worthlessvirgin try to understand the situation before saying such a thing, Im on ski holiday for 1 week and i thought id be able to run sc2 here but the internet doesnt allow it."
So he wanted to play but couldn't.

Well that explains the late notification to NASL. Stephano hoped to play the game as scheduled but lacks the facilities to do so. Upon discovering that he notified NASL 3 days before the game, but had to take the walkover loss due to his inability to play the scheduled game. Hardly unreasonable behaviour.

I should also commend Frodan and Gretorp for their casting. I think they have dramatically improved their chemistry as a casting duo since the first week. It is good to see NASL improving it's product from week to week. Props to them.

Stephano tweeted this today about his NASL match
'Sorry for the people waiting for the match between i and puma,i couldnt find a place with a decent connection to play, being in the mountain'
