"running around like an idiot" is not how you handle drop harrass; you have to split effectively / have units in position properly. Yeah and then what? IT seems like the terran army is actually a lot stronger in a direct engagement, if you fight in a choke / theres even a pf I dont even see toss winning this fight. You also wont have detection against ghosts / vikings and 25 cloaked ghosts with no detection is kinda hard to stop :/

It really felt that Genius really disappointed with his drop defense and multitasking there. He's done perfect defense before so it just seems really weird that he got outclassed like that. Another thing is, and I'm theory crafting, but if Genius would have just pushed and went for the basetrade scenario, and camped Supernova's production (if he managed to get there), would it have been different. I recall a game between MMA and Oz on Calm Before The Storm where Oz was totally owned for 95% of the game, then he just pushed out with storm and Colossi, camped MMA's main and won. Whatever it is, don't want to take anything away from Supernova's win though. Great showing. Hope he beats Virus now.

What goos are the templars against 25 ghosts? What good are obs if they fall from the sky instantly? I really dont see a way to win an engagement as toss when the terran has pfs everywhere and mass ghost / viking

The thing is, it takes even longer to reach that point than Protoss reaching the 3-3, colossus + storms, 15 gateway, which is what Terrans have a problem with.

Genius as a P defended very well aganist such amazing multi task, but always the initiative was from Supernova (the harasser always knows where he is going, the defender cannot predict where exactly the harass will land), so Genius did a less visible, less fancy, but still a spectacular job at defending such multi pronged attacks when P is not efficient to defend at multiple locations. Supernova win it in amazing fashion, showing tools that many top T's are not even considering for lategame TvP, but Genius put up a great fight, it was not a rape as some fanboys/noobs are saying. Genius didn't defend well, at all, he had no observers, no cannons and donated a ton of full energy hts, also, terrans have lost plenty of games by spending resources on useless when scouted nuking and drops, you really should lurk more before calling people noobs.
