thats not like it will kill everything, he scouted no gas so stalker pressure is much stronger
4 gate is much better for some little time, but 3 gate you can have the option to even expand after forcing a lot of units

It is the way MC did it. He took no expansion, or even an extra gas. If Nestea held MC would have been out of the game as he wouldnt have had eco or tech to fall back on. Though he only went all in, and didnt expand, as he saw he could press his advantage to take the win

If you're not going to expand off that there's really no reason not to cut at 22 probes and make a 4th gate. MC wasn't all-in.

it's not an all in, it was a good build because nestea didnt have speed so MC could just go home with those stalkers as slow lings cant catch them.
it however does put you behind if you dont do any damage. it's a timing attack.

He chose not to expand when Nestea started to fall apart. If Nestea wasn't straight-up dying to the pressure, that's an expand build off the pressure.

It wasnt pressure. It was allin (or maybe semiallin). He did have tech, had no sentries, obviously no expansion. He he did not do enough damage he is dead.

He had more probes than nestea had drones almost from the start. MC resumed probe production almost immediately. The only tech nestea had was a spawning pool, not even a geyser. Also with that many stalkers he would definitely kill some stuff and force significant amounts of units. No it was not the standard FFE, but it wasn't really more all-in than 3-gate expand.
EDIT: And yes if MC failed to force more than 1 pair of lings which killed all his stalkers then he would die of course, but that doesn't happen.

I think you're overestimating how far he would have gone if Nestea had been prepared. The purpose of that build is to force lings, to burn larva. He did that, Nestea just didn't have speed or spines. Which meant MC could just kill him by reinforcing. So he did.

It was basicly 4gate with 3 gates. If mc had 1 additional gate it would be same situation.
