It's hard to think of an effective way to make the presentation more climactic, but something definitely needs to be done.
An epic award ceremony depends on the charisma of the winner tho.
U can plan an entire award ceremony, but if the guy that wins is just standing there like a zombie it's not gonna do much.

Wtf, yesterday they just ended broadcast after GSTL final match without interviews and I thought it was because of disconnection (even that is weak excuse) issue but they did the same today...
There was big potential to make this entire event even more epic with interviews, more spent time with audience, bring Beast Crew to roam around and capture final impressions of casters, players (both finalists and all who stayed to watch the games), random fans,... ANYTHING. :/

I get that people don't really like him personally because he isn't too flashy, doesn't have a "style" like MKP or something like that, but I think for all the effort he has to put into the game and winning a championship he deserves a very loud applause during his awards ceremony.
Oh well, I guess he can cuddle that giant 40k check when he goes to sleep to comfort himself at least.

I said that eariler and thought that until he played beneth his level those last three games,
Trying to cheese first two and trying to force win with stalkers made me think he just quit mentally thus not heart of champion.

Why go stalker/collossus on 3 base.....? I think after the exchange at Alive's nat he would have been OK if had have pulled back and defended and built up again. I think he lost too much attacking the third.
The confusing part was not starting the templar archives until after he'd lost every collossus and practically his entire gateway army. I can't remember the last time I saw a 3 base vs 3 base PvT late game where toss refused to start templar tech and had that many stalkers.

When I don't have a rooting interest in either player I usually root for the terran, but damn I really wanted Squirtle to win that. It would have been the greatest run in SC2 history. So close to being on the cusp of glory and immortality only to fall short in the end. Anyways gg Alive. Continuing that terran dominance.

Yeah I think it's amazing that people have started to realize how great ST_Legend is at observing too, even pointing out upgrade advantages mid game, etc. I hope more tournaments like IPL, MLG, etc will fly him out to do observing for them too.
