imagine the stress on him right now.... He shouldn't be..the regame wasn't decided by him. Doesn't change the fact that he KNOWS ppl are going to blame him, his team, GOMtv, etc. etc. Ppl WILL bitch about this no matter what. MKP MUST be feeling horrible right now Why blame the player and the team? >.< They have to blame it on something, as asinine and illogical as it is. Why not blame the cable? Maybe someone tripped over it. Actually Startale clearly had that game won and MKP or the Prime coach should have accepted to hand the game over to Startale Parting. How could they argue to have a regame? They surely must have looked at that game and thought that MKP only could have lost the game, it was that clear. Proplayers always argue that other pro players and especially Koreans, are so good at using small advatages/mistakes in their favor, and Parting was ahead in a big way. They lost that game and should have accepted to hand the game over to Startale Parting. Not keep quite and surely not argue against it. Ever played any sports or anything competetive ? Apperantly not you catch a break you run with it especially when something important is on the line. The Refs. made a mistake bad for Startale but Prime doesn't own Startale anything other then maybe some sort of token of goodwill to acknowledge that they got lucky. Maybe they could share the prizemoney since it doesn't matter that much but thats by farthest i would go. Well that's why people are blaming them, and saying stuff like "I am not a fan of Prime anymore blablabl". "MKP MUST be feeling horrible right now" if he does it's only because he did abuse the Refs. wrong decision and people are calling him out for it. They can be greedy and regame or could do the "good, etc." thing and accept the loss.
Only they shouldn't be in a position to "accept a loss" in a competitive game. It's the officials decision, not his. He gets into the booth and is told to play, that's what he's supposed to do. Asking for anything else creates a conflict where a player has to choose between pandering and protecting his image versus looking out for his team's place in the competition, that's something that should never happen.
This is why you put it on the officials.

it's a long ride home for Startale....

Yeah MKP looks pretty torn up.
He played well tho, he should still be proud. Even if there was a *glitch* in the series.

No disrespect to MKP hes great, but this win is undeserved for prime. The refs gifted them a second opportunity and you could tell ST was just crushed from that point on. Ridiculous outcome, and unfortunately this win will always be tainted.

I love terran, but as a spectator it's just not fun when marine medivac can own everything. They could stand to remove combat shield and buff mech a bit, at least to challenge terran to transition in some matchups. Marine dps and stim/speed micro is enough, they just don't die fast enough. They have no weakness in mid-late game.

I didn't think Curious and Squirtle had a shot against MKP at all.
It all came down to Bomber.. god damn it Bomber....

sad that the win was taken away from startale. Bad gstl finals.

Well he did lose his first game

Was rooting for Prime at the beginning, but this is kinda bittersweet. Grats to Prime regardless though.

Meh, just meh. Gratz to Prime, they could have likely won with GhostKing and Creator anyway. Still, these finals were quite tainted by the incident.

I think this is really good for marineking for tomorrow as well. I think if Prime had lost he may have tilted for the rest of IPL since he's pretty emotional. Now he should have a surge of confidence going into the championship bracket. too bad it's Easter Sunday and there's basically no way I'll be able to watch T_T

I feel like an idiot even watching this.

I think this settles it, MKP is the best player right now, he don't only win games he should win but he also wins the games he loses.
Oh, gratz to prime they had a very good run this season and deserves it.

great finals, lots of exciting games, shame they'll only be remembered for one thing though.
I'm sorry but mvp is much better than mkp. I'm pretty sure he's showed this by completely stomping him every time they've met. Why are people swayed so easily by recent performances?
