Really? It's pretty clear to me that Genius and MC (among other protoss) have always been very good players. It was only a year ago that Genius and MC did very well in many tournaments, if you remember. It's not just a random coicidence that we have 4 protoss in GSL Round of 8 after the numerous balance patches targeting the Protoss race. I think the patches have ended up working quite well for the Koreans. It's just taken some time for the players to work through the changes. I really don't understand where people get off actually believing that MC and or Genius are not, or have not always been (for their professional careers) world-class players. It doesn't surprise me at all to see these guys back on top after the patches resolved many issues. | ||
