What are they going to call it if Parting goes all the way to win the title on his first try? You can't just steal the term Royal Road
Royal Road.
Interviewers have already asked Parting in Korean about the Royal Road, etc.

I don't care about your "curse" but to me its been a long time since i've been so against a fan of same team.
DRG will thrash parting.

Not sure why people are questioning if MMA lost (because of whatever condition) rather than Alive winning. You guys do realize Alive is sick good right?
Hope he wins this GSL, guy deserves it.

DENIED!!! And yet DRGs chances of winning this tournament just went up because I seriously doubt aLives TvZ is on MMAs level so... there is some good news in all this. Except it'll be a MC vs DRG final. Except they're on the same side of the brackets yes? It will be MC/DRG semifinal, if MC makes it past Genius.
No.
It's MC/Genius vs. Alive and Gumiho/Puzzle vs. Parting/DRG.

How do you market an Alive vs. Gumiho finals? Terran Leenock vs another Jjakji unknown. aka.... best GSL finals ever

MMA definitely was not in top form, due to illness or whatever, however Alive still earnt that shit with awesome play.

Very well played by alive! Almost impeccable play ! Really loved it, that was dominant. Sad for MMA still ^^ GL Puzzle !

Alive just beat DRG 2-1 in some tournament, hes just totally on the top of everybody right now. ALIVEEEE YOUR GSL TO LOSE !!!! Those games were played at like 3am, I wouldn't put too much stock in them. LOL but both of them live in Korea So? It doesn't mean that it would have necessarily affected them equally. I'm just saying not to get carried away.

He said the series was forgettable, no the play from one player or the other. I'm tempted to agree, other than the auto turret push there wasn't anything groundbreaking unless alive's slightly mis timed and game losing timing push in game two is counted.

aLive is like constant top 5 korean ladder its not that big of an upset

MC and DRG are on opposite sides of the bracket, actually. They could meet in the finals.

Isn't GomTvT standard by now? New contenders for the Terran throne!

People sure love their underdog stories. Reading that aLive outclassed MMA is quite shocking for me. I guess we don't watch the same stream because I saw 2 build order win (not based on skill but preparation) and the last game won where he was a little bit lucky on turret placement and timing from MMA. His last games against Terrans were better than these ones.

Terran throne still hotly contested. I know I might be in the minority here, but beating a player when he's sick doesn't really mean much IMO. Until I hear about the extent of MMA's condition, I'm gonna put this series as a big question mark pending judgment. If MMA just had a bit of a cough then damn, Alive is good. If MMA had a high fever/bad cold or something, then meh, bad luck for MMA, but his loss doesn't really say much to me besides that Alive beat a badly sick MMA.
I'm as big an MMA fan as you'll find, but he was genuinely outsmarted there. I wouldn't say outplayed because Alive's micro looked worse at every stage, but the build orders from Alive were consistently better, and that's a big part of the game. Hell, it's why MMA clowned MVP not too long ago.
But I don't think it means much in the big picture unless Alive actually wins the tournament.
