It was because of the pressure he got from Coach Lee, Iam sure about that.
He plays much better ever since he left that Evil Man, his mind is now FREE

I hope aLive can really prove himself today, win or lose. I've always felt he's forgotten. You can see it in the group selections, he never talks to anyone and is always shy and overly polite. MMA is clearly the favorite, but so was Vegeta versus Gohan.
