MKP goes for a gasless marine strategy. What does gas give you? Tech.
It does minimal damage, Genius has a robo bay finishing up and 2 forges going down when MKP starts stim and nearly has a factory.
What does that lead to? That leads to no medivacs against an AoE Protoss army.
Genius knows all he has to do to win in this situation is kill him with Colossus because MKP was too far behind on tech to sufficiently deal with it, and he was right.
There is more to this game than "hurr why take third when you can just a-move". There are reasons people lose that aren't balance.

Yes, I didn't buy a ticket this season, so if I'm not awake for matches, I read LR's sometimes. Other people want to know and don't care about seeing the VOD before spoiled.
