But he remained calm and did his best in this situation. Props to Strelok. Strelok is a boss, we learned this at IPL 3 Behind the scenes :-D

Imagine if MMA just left because the conditions were bad, would you blame him? the problem is guys like MMA knows what respect is, for a tournament, fans, viewers etc, you're example is sad.

Yes really, lagg doesn't affect a proxy rush. Haven't most big tournaments lagged in the start by the way? I think so... Quitting everything after 1 match. I'm sure Quantic is happy they payed flight, hotel and everything. LoL

Even though conditions are the same for both sides. Why should Nani play ? Very understandible, but perhaps he should have talked it over with other players ? Now he's forfit, and put's Strelok at a disadvantage (2/1 serries others will go 2/0) Not saying he was not right but he could perhaps have handled it smarter ?

A ban should be issued as soon as possible. i was ok with him probe rushing nestea, I thought that losing Code S for that was a stupid decision by GomTv(and i still think it is, a pointless game shouldnt be played) But this is stupid... Strelok played under the same conditions and he had to play naniwa knowing that losing the series could destroy his tournament chances. and now it was all for nothing... imagine he would've lost, imagine naniwa winning with those lags, he wouldnt have forfeited the tournament, he would've continued. It's just inacceptable... Now if the ESL keep the 2:1 score instead of making it 2:0 it becomes even worse... Sorry but I think you're wrong, following NaNiwa already since his arrival in the wc3 scene. I think I can say for pretty sure he would also forfeit if he won. NaNiWa wants proper conditions else he don't play.... And he is right in that way, however in this particular case he is also an invite, who is there to represent the Korean scene and in that light it isn't smart that he forfeited. However beside of that, his decision makes full sense in my opinion.

Still Lag sucks, but it effects both players. If you want ot blame anyone for Lag write an email to Blizzard and demand LAN-Support.

They need to feel like the environment they are going to show NEED to be perfect, who in GSL would accept playing with lag? None. Its just so damn messed up ppl are defending tournaments that is really terrible. Agreed. I don't recall any recent IEM that didn't have some technical issues, in the form of delays or lag. I really hope they get their shit together, i love Bitterdam and the other guys, but the issues simply make the entire organisation look bad.
