This is why some of the kills look absolutely outrageous...they just know where their opponents should be and they calculate their shots accordingly. It's quite something. I wouldn't really compare it to chess though. I agree that it compares to starcraft in the sense that its important to have control over certain parts of the map, and be aware of your opponents actions. But I think comparing it to chess is a bit of a stretch, the reason why comparing starcraft to chess is even slightly possible is because you are controlling multiple units that all have different roles. And I wouldn't say reflexes and hand eye coordination are a small part of QL, since all pc fps advocates seem to think very highly of the fact that pc fps games are much faster than console.

If Djwheat talked more about Fighting games, you guys wouldn't shit on fighting games as much either. Exactly. Personally, I've played way more FPS than I have fighting games, but now that I've watched a couple of fighting games they're actually SOOO intense. And they're short, like nice little snacks. It's just a matter of what gets hyped.

Not sure why you are counting select as korean lol. im not really talking about pure ethnicity here. i think an overwhelming majority would agree with me that select should be categorized as a foreigner and not a korean. Yes, I totally forgot about players like Nara / Phoenix / Real but prob because these guys are more or less no name players much like there were a lot of no name EU players here as well. With that being said, yes they should be counted but no one expected them to perform even remotely well and you can't expect them to. They are no namers. The point I was trying to get across was that there were 4 (fixed to 4.) koreans who would have a legitimate shot at doing well in the tournament and turns out 2 of those 4 players reached the finals.
