Zerg builds mass speedlings or infestors against marines. Zerg wins. I dont know why we keep going banelings against marines, they actually arent good against marines. They actually cost a ton compared to marines and they dont counter them as well as they probably should in a straight up fight. Everytime i go banelings against marines, i find myself in a spot where it is very hard to defend against a marine tank push. Your mutas cant do much to the tanks if he spreads his marines at all, and your banelings wont do much unless you have quadzillion speedlings to tank the tankshots, but even then some terrans will just focus fire your banes with their tanks and basically one shot them anyways. Even if the banes are untouched, they never reach the marines because they run slower than stimmed marines. Against a competent terran i think banes are a waste of unit unless you use them for burrowed mines, which is gimmicky in itself. | ||
