I remember NesTea barely winning against TOP in the super tournament with baneling mines when he was sorely behind typing it up 1-1, but then he proceeded to lose right in the next game. This was one of those baneling moments that saved his ass.
Virus really impressed me this time with his macro and multi-pronged harass. I thought he was a player that didn't deserve getting to the ro16, but he just proved me wrong. If he got several SCVs from his third to move to different directions in the map while NesTea was focused on his natural, he might have been able to rebuild some supply depots, drop mules and make turrets and bunkers to defend himself with (though it's quite hard to think about long term survivability tactics while being pressured by a mass muta ling baneling army). A bit more intensive practice with Bomber, July, and Curious, and Virus could probably do some real damage in the future.

The commentating is in jest and hilarious, if you don't think so, turn it off - its still streets ahead of Moletrap.
NesTea didn't play "godly", and Virus played really well - but the better player still won. people did mute it, like myself. i don't want to listen to commentary that starts everything with "nestea is...(enter hyperbole)"
That's a good lad it seems a lot of other people would rather whine about something they can easily avoid.

Still find it quite ridiculous how these guys can face each other so soon in the tournament XD At least it's round of 8 this time To be fair they would be meeting in the finals if both had won there groups its just everytime one of them (nestea) takes 2nd so they get placed in same side of the bracket. Stop bullshitting. They both won their groups. Correct. This time they both won their groups. Last GSL Nestea didn't which works for the other scenario

If Leenock loses to Ganzi I'm going to be so mad, I mean words can't describe how mad and sad I'll be it that results to be had T_T 24 mutas making omg no kidding, the whole curious vs gumiho series was way better than this.
yea that series was amazing, best tvz ive seen, everything from hellion ghost nukes to pure mech etc, both guys trading blows whole game

Standard TvZ on a stupid map where Zerg can counter ad infinitum, into base race, into Terran helplessly waddling back and forth while 30 mutas pick off buildings and the Zerg with 3k minerals keeps making stuff. Like, I realize everyone on this site is an Artosis pet and parrots every single word he says, but Jesus, people need to start thinking at least a little bit for themselves...
ps. easily worst cast in the history of gsl You realize it is their job to make the game seem that exciting, yes?
It's also their job to maintain at least a tiny bit of credibility with their analysis and knowledge of the game, or at least I used to think so.

GanZi vs Leenock inc!
Are you ready for the second EPIX show down today?! (TvT doesn't count it is boring)

and seriously, if i want to vote no? then you've been watching a different game from everyone else, and should be voting somewhere else!
Actually I agree that the game wasn't as exciting. Basically I was pretty unimpressed by Nestea. He played pretty sloppy and having a hard time against Virus (who is arguably one of the weaker players in Code S) isn't really what I expect out of Nestea. The end of the game was pretty intense, but other than that...

Wow, he really took that series in unimpressive way i seen you hating Tastosis for their joking hype of Nestea earlier (Chuck Norris jokes must piss you off to no end) and now hating on Nestea himself for winning this game. stop being a hater What? I've never said anything about Tastosis joking about Nestea dude. Stop lying. I'm ok with their bias, I kinda used to it. But if you think that this series (bo3) was impressive by Nestea, then you are simply biased. MVP is so gonna own Nestea alright, my bad for mistaking you for the other guys.
yea this game wasnt the most impressive, i dont have an issue with saying it was unimpressive, because I agree that if he wants to have a chance to beat MVP he cant be playing at a level where he loses to Virus once and almost loses twice.
What I dont like is you saying he was lucky to win that game. He forced Virus into a position with one OC that he had to guard. If Virus didnt get caught there by banes, he woulda gotten caught at some other point.

I think you need to read his post a little harder, make you look kinda dumb, no offense. He is saying nestea is the top OVERALL zerg with weaker zvt.

Sorry Artosis, but i'm pretty sure Chess at world class level, is way way harder than SC2.

I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

If ZvT is so hard why are 4 out of 7 Zergs still left with 20 terrans in Code S..
