Too bad for JYP almost made me wrong when I predicted 2 Terrans will go up.
So next season code S is 20Terrans... I wonder how GOM direction is seeing this, this situation won't make SC2 scene grow hey.
I just wish Tastosis would cast Code A T_T.

I'm a Korean and have been an e-sports fan for a long time, and I think I can safely say that statement is just plain wrong. There's no reason to think terran pro players have superior skills over protoss or zerg players, perhaps with only exception of MVP, probably was only pro player competitive enough in SC1 leagues when SC2 and GSL launched. But even MVP didn't "choose" terran in SC2 for any particular reason, he chose it because he was also a terran player in SC1. I'm not sure why this kind of myth keeps coming.. maybe because David Kim once said some similar remark? That remark was just lame. Nobody in Korean forum (like playxp) take it seriously. And nobody thinks JYP was outplayed by those two terran players. That's not the reason he couldn't make it. He did everything he could, and he did it pretty well, but just was playing wrong race. Now everybody with common sense should notice there's something wrong in the game itself when you see 20 players out of 32 are playing certain race. In elite level, protoss just can't beat terran. You guys souldn't bash MKP just because he did 1-1-1. He did what he is supposed to do. To win. You should bash Blizzard for allowing him to do that. And worse news? Upcoming 1.4 patch will be no cure for 1-1-1 nor EMP. Terran was dominant in bw too. Didn't mean it was imbalanced. Protoss is more than fine in sc2. If anything they need changes not because of racial imbalance, but because I feel they are boring as hell. I've always felt warp gate mechanic was flawed as well. One... of the biggest misconceptions. The Bonjwas were predominately Terran. The "top S class players" were fairly spread out amongst the races. The top 30 KESPA rankings for the past year have almost always been 1/3 - 1/3 - 1/3 for the races. Besides Flash, Terran hasn't even been dominating BW. It's not a ton of Terrans, Flash is an anomaly.
You just said yourself bonjwas were predominantly terran. So what I said was not false.

Damn group C was quite a crazy one. I haven't had the chance to check the other days yet though! D: Yay MKP!

What about my opinion that tvt is boring to watch for me? because seriously, I dont see the fun in watching tanks sieging and tanks unsieging every single days...
What? If you have a problem with Terran due to their inherent design please say so.
I said protoss should be changed because I strongly feel they are badly designed and not just boring to watch but boring as hell to play.
And as far as TVT being boring for you, mirrors in general aren't as popular as non mirror matchups and I clearly said protoss should get redesigned not due to balance issues, but their inherent design.
I find protoss extremely boring to play and many protoss players I know say the same thing. Terran on the otherhand I feel is very well designed. Blizzard spent the most time designing terran and it clearly shows.

MarineKing: 2-2 in group play 2-0 in playoffs SECOND in group play as a result
It's his destiny, he can't avoid the number two! YellOw must be cackling right now! Mwahahaha!

It's going to be fun in group selections when protoss player picks protoss. Who will then pick either protoss or zerg. So we will have a group without terrans, that would be a facepalm moment, if it happens

Of course, if a Protoss tries something new, like making drops work in PvZ, its gimmicky. When MVP builds Ghosts, a unit that has been awesome since launch in TvZ, he is brilliant. Lets not forget Marine King using the 1-1-1 build. Thats how you stop gimmicky plays. Just one base all in like a boss.
With 20 terrans in code S, this will be the first season I don't subscribe to GSL.

Well, Azzur pretty much hates every non-terran so it's to be expected.

20 in code s next month? wtf. Could someone tell me how many and there are for code s next month as well?
I don't fault GSL for the way code s is turning out, but I probably won't subscribe next month. Way too many .
Terran definitely needs an overhaul. I have no idea how, but here's hoping Blizz can figure something out. :D

I don't get why people are saying they won't subscribe. Watch Code A. It's very entertaining and always produces good finals (compared to Code S, that is).

I can't really any more appreciate Terran players for skill. Players SHOULD do what it takes to win, but when it feels (to my perception) so much easier for one race it's not enjoyable when they win...

Besides Flash, I think most Terran bonjwas were so dominate because they were abusing Zergs. Boxer and iloveoov went on Zerg killing streaks, though their other two matchups were pretty good also. Correct me if I'm wrong though, I wasn't in the scene at that time.

I could see a zerg taking this season with a line-up like that. That is an extraordinary list of talent coming from the Z side. P is just screwed and I wouldnt be surprised if there was 0-2 Ps in the Ro16 (Puzzle is pretty good, Huk almost as good). While there may be a lot of Ts, I could see the Ro4 being 2Z 2T. Brackets arent posted yet so I'm hoping we dont see any DRG/Nestea/Losira/Leenock combination in the Ro32.
