I am sure TB and his wife Intricacy have been working thier socks off trying to invite people. this event is getting better and better lets see if Socke and DDE can keep thier place for #4 This is 100% true. I handle all the invites and being a tournament wrangler is not an easy affair. I will say though that some teams make it incredibly difficult for their players to partcipate in our tournament due to a lack of accessibility and communication. There are some (mouz and TL for example) that make my job much easier and I wish other teams could adopt their example.

I think there are a fair few of us that will watch any tournament that has Tyler in it; there is always that hope that we again will see greatness. And to be quite honest, he does not even have to show it, I do not really expect him to perform miracles. However, his last two MLG open bracket runs have been promising. I guess so many of us just hope that external struggles can be overcome and that StarCraft 2 gets to see Liquid'Tyler, the professional who can focus on the game and be the very best he can. And yeah, we will not see it here. But that does not mean that it will not be a worthwhile watch. And it just feels good to see that he is open to actually compete in things that he is not obligated to partcipate in; where he enters because he wants to, not because of team. Good luck Tyler. I hope you find yourself and perform to your own satisfaction. And thank you TB for inviting Tyler. And for creating this little odd ball tournament that seems to keep on growing and that really has an amazing amount of support for players and fans alike. I have said it before, but it bears repeating that the ShoutCraft Invitational is absolutely amazing in the money it pulls in from one persons hard work and dedication. Much love. While I will be working for parts of the weekend, I will watch what I can and be waiting patiently for VODs. Best of luck to everyone involved. From one fan, I just want to thank you all for the entertainment you provide. <3

I am not disrespecting any of them, they are all great players and entertainers, but they are (maybe) not top tier compared to the last two tourneys. Which road did you want to take this time? Is it fan favorites? Or is it ment as a chance for someone to get going on the road to the top or maybe restart that road? Or is it just your personal favorite players? Or maybe some whole other reasons? Anything is ofcourse perfectly cool, I just find myself wondering what you and/or your wifes though proccess were. This tournament series has been and will always be about promoting the sport. In order to give it our best shot, there has to be a delicate balance of skill with entertainment. I think a sideproject of SCi is to lend exposure to players that may not always get to attend the big LAN events, like Nerchio for example. While this installment of the series may seem to lean a bit more towards fan favourites, there is a lot of variety. You have fan faves, players who have recently shown very well in competitions and some potential matches that you may never have gotten to see played out in a tournament setting.

It's a mixture of fan favourites and pros we believe have contributed to the community in such a positive way that they deserve the shot at a big reward for doing so. These players have also been picked because we think that they'll create some great storylines in this tournament and make it memorable and entertaining. We also thinks the emotional value for the spectator will be higher due to the "fan favourite" nature of many of these invites and that because they are regarded highly amongst the community as contributors and all-round great people, the viewers will react more strongly to their victories and defeats.

This is such an entertaining group of players they've assembled, and after all isn't that what it is about, being entertained? Keep up the good work I'll certainly be tuning in.
