I agree with this. Puma is incredibly good.
I'm not ready to put him in the same league as MVP, or any of the Slayers Terrans.
He's definitely a favorite to win any foreigner event, but he's not invincible, and I think Nerchio (and any of the other remaining non Koreans) has a really legit chance to take him out.

I think HuK went to far too many tournaments this month. You have to pick wisely otherwise you'll be so tired you won't even have a chance, while you could still be rested and practicing.

He was in Helsinki for something. I think: Anaheim - Korea - Assembly - Netherlands (to practice at Nazgul) - NA Blizzard - Code S - IEM this within a month is already too much in my opinion I think it is definitely the reason of his bad results.. Flying that much really hurts people. He is not a robot, we should understand that. More importantly he should understand that. There are so many tournaments in the scene, it never happened before in any pro scene.. Players should adapt to that and select tournaments to enter.. MC is slacking (i mean not winning everything is slacking for MC:p) also because of it i believe.. I am very happy that Huk advanced to RO16! Gogo get some rest and sleep HUK!
Personally disagree. Dreamhack and HSC3 Huk was playing a style of Protoss that non Koreans were clueless on (ask Nani). Now that his strat isn't unique anymore he isn't winning. He was sort of lucky those 2 events were scheduled so close to each other.

Claps
Being a practice partner is a lot different. You got to bring the goods time and time again. In Brood War Puma never reached his full potential on the main stage. He already locked down the NASL and hell, he didn't even compete until the last second, lmao. Let's see how Puma develops.
With that said, HuK has been on the road a lot and yes, when you aren't aware of certain strategies and see them for the first time in a tournament. It's going to take time to adapt to it.

MC has lost a lot of his momentum and he's kinda fragile against T atm. And Select is out of his slump. So you can't know.. MC just 2-0ed Puma, Kas and beastyqt. Puma is better than select and Kas is about equal...I dunno I just don't see it, especially watching his games yesterday. We'll see.
You're terribly missinformed, and probably posses little knowledge about the sc2-scene

Hi guys,
i was at gamescom today and took some pictures with my iPhone. The quality isnt too good, but i think they still tell the story.
Best thing at the whole event was me walking in a thight crowd, glancing to my left and see a very small guy in an EG Shirt and a redhaired Korean guy in a white shirt walking in line laughing at each other. It took me a while to realize that they were the new teammates EGHuK and EGPuMa. Unfortunatly i had very litte time to take a photo and as a result its a little washed out. Here it is:

Puma is good, he's pro level obviously, but Mana has been solid for a while, anyone who picked Puma to beat Mana is just silly This is so dumb, Puma is way favored playing against Mana. Why? Because I don't buy into 30 day hype? Get off it - 1 month results are not everything. Look for solid players who post consistent results. Europe is solid. Mana, Nerchio, White-Ra, Dimaga, i'd pick any of those 4 over Puma. I hope you never bet money, because you would get your ass owned in predictions :X I hope you never bet money. Betting on someone who only has 1 result and has not shown a lot besides that 1 tournament. Betting on any solid korean against a foreigner is free money in the long run Solid Korean - Yes I'd be stupid to bet against one. When he's on his game, MC would be one. I'd also bet on MVP, MMA, Nestea, Losira, HongUn, Ensnare, Clide, Polt and Bomber to name a few. Puma though is not on that list. And therefore I would bet against him if say Mana were to play him in IEM.
Notsure if serious. Puma is better than ensnare and clide, not sure why you used those two as an example... They are consistent but mediocre compared to top koreans.
