Now that his strat isn't unique anymore he isn't winning. He was sort of lucky those 2 events were scheduled so close to each other. You think that the only reason he won was because of unique strategies? I guess thats why he is still in the GSL. Must be luck and not the fact that he is extremely skilled.

Must be luck and not the fact that he is extremely skilled. He didn't say it was the only reason. HuK is obviously skilled, but strategies might haven given him an edge. Although I'm more inclined to agree with the jetlag hypothesis. The post said HuK was winning because foreign players weren't familiar with Korean strategies. He countered by saying HuK was also doing well against Korean players (who presumably knew about these strategies). Perfectly valid logic.

The guy said that he was only winning because non-koreans were unfamiliar with HuK's strategies - so he countered by giving evidence of HuK's success against koreans who would be familiar with these strategies. This is a natural counter-argument....I think you're the one that needs to get his head checked....

Huk's pylons were not necessarily BM, but they're not definitely not GM or "professional" in any way. It is basically an in-game ceremony, but he's doing it in the middle of a series (that he lost) and in the middle of group stage (which he also lost). It makes him look rather foolish I would say. You do ceremonies after you win the stage or possibly series, not in the middle of it. I remember Huk doing this in some other recent tourney that he lost too, and figured he would have learned better. But apparently being "cute" is more important than focusing on winning and being a professional.

Hes not in this tourney anymore. move on You must have missed the part where MC and Puma are in this tourney. MC isn't called Godtoss and the most successful player in the world because huk is better tahn him...
