He's had his ups and downs, sure, but it's probably been as his studies have become more or less of a focus. When he's well prepared he's a force to be reckoned with; when he loses blaming it on lag probably isn't appropriate, nor is concluding that Nada is awful. The better player for the format wins on the day; Haypro beat Nada when they were both playing from Korea, remember. That's not to say the lag doesn't affect Koreans, because it definitely does, but proper preparation limits the impact and it's a shame to take away from players victories by blaming it on lag. Yeah not saying that lag is the only factor...just that Nada clearly plays much worse online than he does on lan regardless of the factors involved. Which is prolly a combination of lag + preparation

Indeed, the high art of Starcraft is thus besmirched by his colloquialisms and crassness. Indeed, his perlocutionary acts demonstrate that he is undeniably, unequivocally banal. All games are played on NA server so it doesn't really matter that haypro was from there. It's not only lag, it's also the time the games are played. You definitely shouldn't downplay the winner but you can easily bring reason into why nada isn't playing like, well, nada.

Nice ramp defense from the first push from nani, very calm forcefield and rip the scvs and some marines apart.

The games are played by these players at 4am Korean time I believe as well

This guy playing doesn't seem like the nada I know. :/ Nada's consistently like this in online games, whether it be lag, timing of them, or whatever, it's hurting him bad.

My point about them both being in Korea was that they were both under the exact same conditions, time, lag & potential preparation wise, not that lag wasn't a factor.

That last engagement seemed like Naniwa didn't quite play it right, not enough forcefields or something.
