You play way more than top 200.
Especially since the ladder reset win rates have gone up dramatically for all top players. Seems they are getting a much bigger range of people as opponents now.

Incredible Empire domination in this tourney. 5 Empire guys with the 2 from the open qualifier. I expect good things from Nerchie, Happy and Kas.

AFAIK rogue didn't set country specific restrictions, we restricted invites to EU players only, but I think NA players are all free to qualify through the open event. One qualifier left for the last spots, most NA pro's have ESL accounts, Just lacking a bit of publicity I guess rather than them avoiding it.

Should be part of their job to browse through TL tournament section from time to time.

This is a really good tournament for the NA fans to see how good these EU players are. Completely stacked, gogo Demu!

Still he's so far ahead in W.P. that it can't be just random.. anyway, I just saw a game between Beastyqt and Happy where the former just went for BCs mid-late game.. his reasoning? impossible to beat Happy in standard play. It was actually funny to watch his reaction at the end of the game... wonder if Empire will send any of his star gamers to MLG... either Kas or Happy would probably dominate as Naniwa did.
