TT1 played better, and won. It happens. Flash loses sometimes too :p And some of us are happy it happened now. ![]() Although I think that the canon play (instead of observer) is what allowed TT1 to expand and gain the upper hand economically.

The players listed did not get an opportunity to qualify, or they were invited to play the qualifier and they declined.

It IS just one game but even in a best of 3, winning the first game is pretty huge. From the way they played it could easily go into a win for a best of 3.

It's also a very big thing in Japanese too where you show that you're listening, even if you don't understand what's being said or your not particulary interested. I guess it's the same in Korea. It's better than just standing there with a blank face not understanding what's going on. Its a very Korean thing to nod and acknowledge. My friend went over to Korea and when she came back she had this annoying habit of saying 'yea' every few seconds when I'm talking to her.

Just because world team is playing well today and winning fair and square doesn't make TSL any better. TSL still has lag issues and the shadow doesn't disappear because world team is playing well in an offline tournament. Yeah I'm sure lag was a huge issue, nadas banshee control vs TLO was so bad. Going by your logic foreigners may lose tomorrow because of lag aswell because bnet isn't perfect.

TSL still has lag issues and the shadow doesn't disappear because world team is playing well in an offline tournament. There were a lot of people in the thread saying there's no way foreigners can beat Koreans and lag was the only reason. However, it's pretty clear that big deciding factor is who actually practices / prepares more and plays better in the game. I'm happy today's results showed that. You don't think if Anypro 4-0's the World team that you and many others would be posting "see what happens when theres no lag!?!?!?!" and not considering that it's possible for top players to drop games? Nobody has a perfect viewpoint. PS - Nada banshee control was better vs TLO :p
