Players such as Jinro, HuK, and Adelscott did not apply for this tour, so don't ask why they aren't on this list. DIMAGA, Kas, and LaLush turned applications in late so they will not appear either. Please take some time to learn who exactly applied. Please inform yourself about who applied and who didn't. |

Geoff announced on SOTG that the NASL starts the second week of April, a.k.a. a week from Monday. Ah, glad I got to hear that on a podcast that I barely listen to and not on the main website of the NASL. Dude you don't love Starcraft if you don't listen to State of the Game. Unless you play Terran, it which case apologize for playing that race. Lol what? I love stracraft but I am bored to death after 5 min of SOTG. I only care about actual games not about gossip or whatever.
Same here. It's upsurd someone can tell someone they don't love SC because they don't watch or like SotG without realizing how much of blantant fanboyism that sounds.

Is it just me, or does it seem like false advertising to have Jinro play the clash of the titans with Idra, and then not have Jinro in NASL? Did he not apply, or did they not accept him?

Doesn't matter, now everyone needs to shut up and let NASL/Xeris possibly let his picks prove themselves in this, am I missing it or has a start Date not been announced?
What was done was done, the brackets look good, Zenio vS Idra grudge match--even though this are on b.net over the "lag", but it will be fun to watch some of these. Would have liked to see Nada he is a legend and has so much fame/respect by many, and better than Boxer as evident about his twice RO8 code S finishes, but my guess it was either him or Boxer, with boxer clearly being more popular won.
Now lets hope that P doesn't dominate too much, and blizz gets some more balancing done on P--and makes PvP fun to watch....even though MC 4gates are fun seeing how boss he is in out microing other toss players.
now STARTING DATE PLEASE--also are korean vs korean or eu vs eu going to be allowed to happen on their respective servers?
EDIT: APRIL 12th it is.

There are no official start times yet. Everyone is asking, but NASL doesn't want to release that information yet. CAN WE PLEASE HAVE A TIME?
So the schedule is for the first games to be played on April 11 and broadcast on April 12? Does that mean the games will be played/recorded every M-F, then broadcast Tue-Sat for NA? and broadcast Wed-Sun for Europe?

well i love nasl no matter what, cause at least 1 time i wil lbe able to watch it, alltho i wish i could watch it everytime, but no times no know -_-

In fairness you should have read teh million other posts regarding demuslim, and as for meritocracy with bomber? what has he done other than a couple gstl games and just now qualifying for code a (which i believed happened post selection anyway)

I don't want to restate drama so I'll try to be evenhanded: basically, demuslim made an application video where he joked about hurting his hand again, but he didnt say it was a joke; NASL didn't realize it was a joke and thought he couldn't practice; so he was denied and everyone got upset.

8-2'd whitera. But that was also after the NASL spots were chosen so I guess it doesn't matter either. NASL is going for a high viewer count anyways so it makes sense to pass over bomber. In a few months bomber will probably be a household name, but for now he's just another up and comer.
