Speculating on MC's PvP: I believe it is at the level that it is because of practice with HuK. When I watched Tyler streaming brood war practice before TSL2, I remember being stunned by the speed and finesse he demonstrated, and currently, I think that HuK is even better mechanically at sc2, then Tyler was then. I don't think anypro has practice partners at the same level as MC does.

I'd say its more likely his PvP is crazy because of the many good PvPers in oGs. Just the biggest example. Huk's PvP is nothing compared to InCa's PvP. MC himself is a beast on PvP and has always been. We'll see though, if huk can beat inca in up/down matches.

I really dont see why people give so much shit to july's style. Thats how he played bw , thats how he plays sc2. Absolutely the same style. I remember in 2008 during the finals vs best people complained he cant macro as well. If u dont like how the game evolves and his playstyle just dont watch his game or the game at all. Idra's heavy macro style has spoiled everyone so much that now everyone thinks thats the proper way to play zerg and anything else is cheese. Guess what having 100 bases while doing nothing on the map and letting protoss get an invincible ball of death while u throw 3-4 200 food armies at it with zero result doesnt work either. i am surprised that there's no Terran in the finals this season. first time that's happening lol.

i really hope july wins this season. its going to be more drama than mc winning. i have to say july winning will bring more drama than mc taking the finals.

Terran quota was reached in the last season with 2 in the finals.

I love how July is showing Zerlings have a use again and all game too. Seems like most Zergs use them for early game scouts and fend off early aggression before moving onto roach and/or mutas and completely forget about zerlings from then on. Not July he techs up too but keeps the heat on with zerlings. Love his aggression. Love MCs too. The two should be best finals ever!

I think that some Terrans are finding the new maps hard to adjust to. They`re used to small maps and fixed build optimized for aggression and to end the game within minutes. It`s the ladder syndrome i guess. We`ll see much difference with Terrans when the Gsl maps are integrated to the ladder. I think guys like Ganzi, JJun, M and Alive and also Supernova will do better than the first generation of Terrans. Oh and Bomber....im sure that one day, this guy will be a GSL champion.

If NaDa would play the game full time, i`m pretty sure he could dominate for a while. I also expect Losira to nake it easily to Code S and make it at least to the round of 8 in April.

just watched games, MC is really strong in PvP and no toss wants to face him, many pro's confirmed their fear of playing against mc. July deserved to get finals, great player. It will be interesting finals i have to say

I find it extremely funny that july does so well playing a hyper aggressive style and pointing out all the small flaws people have in their builds while idra is whining about how zerg is completely unplayable because his style isn't working the best. Hopefully this sparks some aggression out of other zergs other than fd and they stop playing passive and defending for 20 mins every game now.
