It's ok to be excited that your favorite player won. Please keep it manner! |

Makes a lot of sense that way.
Incontrol said the big announcement has nothing to do with EG

Yet ret and huk go? IdrA has a just as high (prob higher) chance of winning than them.. I agree he should have a higher winrate. I dunno, the only argument against idra going is the money one. Perhaps liquid guys can share some costs like accomodation so it reduce some financial pressure, or EG don't want to pay Idra's travel ? Idra said he enjoyed a lot going to the MLG he won, and that he wants to attend the most foreign tourneys he can, so I guess the reason he's not there is not up to him. A trip from Korea to US is more expensive than Korea > EU. So money is not an issue. If Greg wanted to go to Assembly, he would have applied for it to get an invite, like all other players did. And EG is not going to say no, if he think he's got a shot at winning it.

Well Tyler came from NA and Huk and Ret came from Korea. I don't see your point.

Mouz manager said in his interview that they had to pick what was it 3 players to send to assembly.

Oh, fair enough.
Still makes sense that they only managed to send EU guys though.

yeah, i know.. i meant their whole troops.
grubby and demuslim already were in europe so it's not that expensive to send them there.
no team can afford to send their whole guys to every bigger tourney so they only sent a few players to represent their team and of course they switch from time to time ^^
edit: and i think tl does the best job representing everywhere they can (read: spend a lot of money for their players so that they can attend at a lot of tourneys)

i hope Socke takes this quickly,, i want to eat..

Honestly going to assembly isn't worth the money for EG. The prize money isn't very big.
MLG and dreamhack should be the priorities from what I have seen.
