Great games Jinro... I know you'll keep your chin up. You have improved so much since last gsl. (an effing month) and I know next gsl will be even better for you! GOOD LUCK!!!

Well, hopefully MVP smashes MKP in finals. I just can't bear to see MKP with a title.

Gah, I hate the fact that the semi-finals and finals are at such a bad time here in Europe. It's pretty frustrating to follow the entire season live and then have to watch VOD's for the finals .

Anyways, Congrats Jinro, ro4 twice in a row is an awesome achievement, and I will definitely be tuning in next season for your games.

How come you could not hear me yelling from California to check that proxy Starport on JB? I yelled REALLY loud, you know? :-) Also, agreed, you were too eager on Steppes, and neglected to scout the gold expo. You still played great, had a great tourney, and just a few Vikings short of the finals.

Against the MM Ball from MKP, did you ever consider Nukes, or maybe some sniping from a Ghost? Those freaking Marauders just rolled your tanks on Zel Naga.

I knew he was proxying I know it makes my lack of turrets seem retarded but I honestly just fucked up.

It's fine though, I guess next season he will prepared for MKP just like he was prepared for MC in this season.

Thats giving MKP too little credit I think, I lost the last 3 games because of marineking (ok, I lost the jungle game because of myself, but the other two were his doing).

Oh I'm not taking credit away from him, he deserved the win. Just saying that it looked like you didn't consider the fact that he could have gone for the gold mines in both game 2 and 4. If you had known that was a possibility, maybe you would have scouted and thing would have gone differently. Like, you didn't lose because you were completely outclassed, but more because his builds worked better again yours or were better executed. So I have hopes that if you face him again, you will be able to take him down.
Anyway, congratulations for coming this far and better luck next time

Hmm, on Xelnaga I knew he might take it pretty fast... Tho not 8 marines fast. But yeah, on steppes I just thought his cc had floated back inside his main.

Great effort Jinro, and good luck in the next GSL.

I'm wondering what your thoughts are about the final? I seem to be one of the few people to think Foxer has a really good chance to win it.

Well, MarineKing himself has said that he thinks that MVP is probably the best Terran in the world.
You should not have to pay to watch the GSL, Proleague, or OSL at a reasonable time. That is not "fine" and it's BS to say otherwise. My sig since 2011. http://www.youtube.com/user/dabom88

I dont know, I didnt play MVP in a really long time. It should be a high level final tho, probably highest level yet in terms of evenly matched.

What did you think of the Nestea vs MVP games Jinro, did you get a chance to watch those? I'm really curious what you think about the shakuras game.

Also, your games were amazing. You played near perfect, all you need is a little more comfort in these situations so you don't get thrown off by things, but that just comes from experience and that's easy . I also love the way you prepare for each series, keep it up.

Awesome tournament Jinro! I'm suprised you lost after those amazing TvTs we saw from you..but MKP is pretty great and unpredictable player, and he got a bit lucky

Can't wait to see some more Jinrownage in GSL5! It's pretty amazing how fast you're improving...hard practice I guess. So fierce.
Try another route paperboy.

I watched the games and they were really close and could've changed on small margins. For instance:
- In the Steppes game, if Jinro realised about the hidden expand.
- In the JB game, if that turret had got up at the natural, it would've been very different.

Great effort though to get into 2 ro4 in consecutive seasons. Will be cheering just as hard in the next one!

Just finnished watching the games.
Too bad jinro didnt make it but all the games were very entertaining today. The level of play has become so much better than it was in the first 2 GSLs...
It is amazing to see a foreigner go so far in GSL and still being able to compete with the very best players

You did us proud, Jinro That harass in the first game was effing incredible, my friends and I were literally jumping out of our seats in excitement watching you send MKP into disarray. You played some amazing games and you should be proud of yourself!

MVP and MK seem to have the same style lately in TvT, and MK seems better at it .. he's really sharp

also Jinro lost to the GSL 3 winner in his last Ro4, and I'm pretty sure he lost to the next winner again

Also Jinro for now is the one who handled this annoying super mobile style by MK the best, always leaving defense behind and turreting drop spots, so good

Next time MK will get the same treatment as MC this season I'm pretty sure about it :d

Ffs, why don't Korean zergs make infestors?

Imagine if 8 of those mutas were invested into infestors instead. It would've changed EVERYTHING

FG range 6, Siege tanks range 13.

Its just really hard to use Fg effectively vs tanks. Also, even if you get a good FG, you still might loose an infestor, given their cost its quite detrimental.

FG range is 9. Also, infestors aren't for killing siege tanks. Siege tanks set up a safety net for marines and marines usually stay near the edge of the siege tank range, which means infestors are still able to safely FG the marines.

Just saw this yesterday on Catz's stream. He kept the T from slowpushing his tanks with fungals and dwindling down the marine numbers to then go in for the kill with lingbling and mutas. Zerg's definately need to keep enhancing their strategies vs T, they just get too good at handling lingblingmuta (which is no surprise since they play and train vs it so much).

Yeah and then he tried it against jinro in the GCPL and got crushed.. so hmmm

haha i was way behind in that game from the start, it was on jungle basin and I didn't really go for broodlords fast enough at all cause I was expecting jinro to move earlier and I was pretty nervous but I think if i had broodlords in time, it woulda been just fine, not to mention I was playing a superhero.

gooooooooooooooo jinro!

edit: also I think most people are missing the point, this thread should be About congratulating Jinro, he just made top 4 twice in a row...most consistant player in the world~! gj love

Even though you lost they were amazing games to watch and they weren't steamrolls either.

Making the semifinals in every GSL you've entered isn't too bad either.

I wonder what Jinro thinks about the Mass bio TvT. Is iy just a trend that is powerful at the moment when people still figure out how to best combat it or is it something we might see most terrans start doing in the future.
