So basically:

#1 = Winner of Ensnare Jinro
#2 = Winner of Idra Check
#3 = Loser of Ensnare Jinro
#4 = Loser of Idra Check

Am I right?

No. If Check wins and Jinro wins Check would be #1
If Idra wins and Ensnare wins Idra #1
If Jinro wins and Idra wins Jinro #1
if Esnare wins and Check wins Esnare#1

Yes

no

If Ensnare wins and Idra wins means Idra advances 1st.
If Ensnare wins and Check wins means Ensnare advances 1st.
If Jinro wins and Idra wins means Jinro advances 1st.
If Jinro wins and Check wins means Check advances first.

You have these following combination of 1st and 2nd.

No, if Ensnare and Idra lose, Idra will be 3rd and vice versa #1 if they both win.

nah, they will be ranked:
#1 - player A with 2-1 who won in A vs B
#2 - player B with 2-1 who lost in A vs B
#3 - player C with 1-2 who won in C vs D
#4 - player D with 1-2 who lost in C vs D
if i understand correctly, apologies if this is what u already said

The final positions depend on the result of both games.

For example, if Jinro and Idra both win then Jinro is #1 seed because he beat Idra. But if Jinro and Check win then Check would be #1 seed because he beat Jinro.

I know it's hard because he's your teammate and you wanted both of you to advance, but please try not to think about that right now and beat Ensnare! You can do it!

Idra has a shot at first if he wins and ensnare wins since ensnare lost to Idra. 1st place goes to the winner of the game that happened between the winners of these two next games.

#1 = Jinro
#2 = Idra
#3 = Ensnare
#4 = Check

You know it's true.

I'm glad this group has the possibility of our foreigner heroes going out. Makes it that much sweeter if they make it through but it'll make it that much sour..er if they don't.

Is there any difference between first and second?

3rd/4th have different places in the up and down, but what about 1/2?

These are pro gamers in SC 2? The first thing you practice in a TVZ when you know you're going to wall is your placement to make sure it's correct. I don't see how foreigners are going to last too long against Koreans if they can't take the game even that seriously.

Troll?

A simple mistake determines the fate of foreigners in korea..

These matches will go down as some of the best in SC2 history - without a doubt.

It has been highly entertaining viewing.

Yes

But if Jinro losses, and Idra wins, shouldn't Idra be first place then, seeing as he won against Ensnare?

Edit: Wow, didn't even have to ask the question before I got five answers.

I think if Idra and Ensnare wins
Idra is #1
and Ensnare is #2

Becoz Idra won vs Ensnare!
(Otherwise if Check wins and Jinro, Check is #1)
