No, because this format isn't a true round robin when there's two players 1-1 after 4 matches. This is done to avoid the case you're talking about, where you'd have 3 players 2-1 and one 0-3. Instead, of the players are 2-0, 1-1, 1-1, and 0-2, like they are now, the 1-1 players play again in order to break that tie with the fewest games/time consumed possible.
It's a pretty good compromise, but has the downside where it harshly punishes the player who lost his first match.
