I think it's the 2 firsts go on to fight with one of the Code S "losers" in a OSL Ro 36 fashion (both "A" contenders play and the winner goes on to play against the "S" for the Code S spot). It's the top 8 of Code A (u need 2 matches won to get to here) that plays vs the 3rd and 4th place of Code S 1st groupstage.
Winner and runner up of Code A will be able to pick their opponents whilst the rest are randomly determined. The code A player goes up against the 3rd ranked code S player first with the winner being able to stay/promote in code S whilst the loser will play another match against the 4th place finisher of the groupstage to determine the last code S spot. The loser of these 2 matches will stay code A.
So in a very optimal scenario a maximum of 8 new code S players can get into the next GSL S league or there could be none.

Is it possible for Huk to make code A or is it to late for him?

I believe you can get promoted up/down from Code A each season as well, I'd imagine Huk will attempt to qualify for it in the next open qualifier event.
ed:
Code A. - Players who advance to Ro8 will play in the ‘Up and Down Match’ - Players who advance to Ro16 will remain in Code A. - Players who fail to qualify for Ro16 will have to go through the Preliminary Rounds for Code A
So yeah, I'd presume you'll see Huk playing in the Code A prelims at some point soon

That is great to hear but it also means Ret has to qualify again

I'm wondering why they are doing the Bo3 format in Code A but not in Code S. Why would they do this differently?
