I think he maybe should have tried to take another expo when he was up, but Foxer was still putting on pressure even behind 30 or so food. Also, wiping the the babywerra match up, Kyrix was pretty much the only one who came close to knocking Foxer out by not going a macro intensive style. Do you think he should have expanded though? He had a good lead but got caught with his pants down when the gold minerals ran out. He was forcing himself to be all-in by not getting another hatchery up.

Zerg gets 1 fungal off and you no longer get to control your units. Maybe a terran can find a way to use this heavy pressure early-midgame and quickly mech transition like that recent brood war trend. Yeah...if you are watching from an observer view where you get to see everything. In-game I think it would be far more difficult (near impossible), to find the tiny windows necessary.

For anyone saying infestor with fungel growth watch the game of Nada vs that zerg on xelnaga. As the infestor was going to do fungel growth nada spread the marines so well that it only get like 4 marines lol.

People say that banelings can't be beaten by pure marines, so he goes out in the quarter finals of an $85k tournament and proves people wrong, because he can.

Game 5 though was awesome. I really, really wish Foxer had just put up a straight up normal fight against Kyrix because he is obviously by far the better player anyway and could probably have taken it in 3. the games would have been way more interesting too.
