It's good drama how are people like personally offended by cheese it's hilarious.

You're assuming everyone instnatly rages at any cheese attempt, that ain't true. Thing is, there are more 'real' games than cheesy games so I don't see what your gripe is. The players will obviously play to win, not to entertain.

It's a big tournament it worked first game easily, it puts pressure on your opponent and throws him off balance mentally. If you have a solid reputation of being a solid player who is very good mixing in ridiculous cheese takes people off guard and it tells your next opponents you gotta watch out for this and play honest.
In short a ton of money is on the line, win however you can. this is the most obnoxious holier-than-thou type of post. uh yeah, we get WHY people cheese--because it leads to fucking winning. and everybody likes winning. herp derp. doesn't mean we as an audience like watching it.
Seconded.
Everything you've said has been said many times, just let it ride. If you honestly think you need to explain why proxying or cheesing can lead to wins, then you are clueless.
It's an LR thread on a match being spectated and most people find cheese fucking boring OR they don't like seeing a popular player go down to it. That's it.

You are easily the most clueless poster on TL. Every live report thread you just complain about T imbalance, when anyone with half a clue can see Genius deserved to lose twice. I mean 16 scout 1gate robo... seriously. I just make observations, never have I came out and said T was overpowered, most of the time I just ask questions (like in this thread). But I love it how some players feel the need to lash out, hope that helps you sleep at night.
Claim whatever you want, its fairly obvious why you would quote such a statistic after such a game. Likewise, I'm sure it helps you sleep knowing the only reason you lose to Terrans is "imbalance".
On topic, excited to see the first zvz (i think?) of gsl.

Blowing things out of proportion much? How many proxies have you seen in this tournament again? It's certainly not about doing it every game but when you mix in a random cheese strategy into your arsenal it makes you a much stronger player all around. This makes the sport stronger in the long run in that the top players have to be able to defeat it. Top level toss player? Can't beat cheese? Well you're not going to win a huge tournament. How is that a bad thing, it's not cheating comparing it to doping is stupid.

Okay, that was a dumb question. JSLZenith is Terran Seems like there are a lot of 1000+ Zenith players on the Korean Ladder. Popular name I guess
EDIT: Is anybody still following the game? I'd like to know what's happening

That's bizarre, I guess you can stuff the second ramp with roaches and keep the bling out.

I'm quite happy this didn't turn into baneling wars. Might even get an interesting game coming up.

that wasn't my point
my point was, that people (who mostly feel to defend terran) downtalk some of the best players out there really hard; just imagine when idra lost to some kinky shit - people don't start like "woot, totally overrated"
jangminchul, escjung, nexgenius....all of them have had great success so far and played amazing games against top-skilled opponents; people need to show some respect, just losing two games in a tournament doesn't mean anything

Think about it, top ladder player thinks he can't win the whole thing so decides to make some money. 1) scouts hilariously late 2) when he does scout game 2 he doesn't scout the main and "coincidently" misses both proxys. 3) responds horribly, pulling way too many probes/controlling poorly/not killing bunkers.

So you completely went off the deep end and destroyed your point when you compared using a strategy arbitrarily labeled "cheese" and compared it with "playing unfairly" and straight up cheating through the use of banned drugs. Did you seriously just do that? Unreal...
