Maybe focus less on the absolute composition and counters but lingroach is way more mobile and cant do more flanks and counter attacks (which is what chipmunk did to win the game).

I don't care if he won. It was a bad comp. Roaches are awesome for a front line. Their range and weakness to stalkers does not make them a good mass unit.
Just burrow and move under the stalkers, unburrow. Meanwhile corrupters destroy all the collusus.

Colossi don't need to funnel against hydras. Hydras arange themselves in a nice firing line which fits perfectly with the colossus firing pattern. Three swipes from a colossus and five hydras burn to death.
Roaches were doing fine. He won, so I don't think he needs any advice from you or me.

He won because he had 4 expansions while denying the protoss; not because roaches were doing well in battles. Roaches get destroyed by stalker... this isn't even debatable. His unit composition was poor the entire game. Stop defending it and accept it.

Stalkers still beat roaches period. And you're burrowing under their army? That might work once *maybe*. Then he gets observers. And now you're burrowing under his superior army while he's taking out your mans. After they of course destroy the corruptors since they aren't taking damage from anything else. Like Hydras.
