How did an incompetent fool like you become 'National ESL Admin' ? Did your boss hire a PR firm to write that statement?
When has idra broken the rules? List them out for everyone to see. I'd be willing to bet that other players have broken the "rules" as well. Your explanation stinks to high heaven. Jesus christ, poor damage control.

This is why e-sports isn't taken seriously, the people trying to run it are children. Do you know how much more of a benefit you would get in the long run if you let IdrA play the whole way through? Do you guys (ESL guys) even think rationally about this stuff, or are you just going based off pure emotion? Such a shame...

This is pretty interesting but I think its dumb to ban Idra now after he has played through the whole tournament but whatever think it hurts you guys more then him.

Was the reason Idra getting pissed at one of your admin's incompetence? Did he use too many mean words?

It is even worse to suddenly go back to "following the rules" the moment it becomes expedient.

Yea we should just let idra swear and bm as much as he wants that's how real professional tournaments are run.

Honestly, I don't know why esl won't just man up and say they were wrong, allow Idra back and just say they will have a 0 tolerance policy for anymore BM from Idra. It would be the most beneficial for both sides.

They made a mistake and now they are trying to place the blame on IdrA with past events. Sounds pretty childish to me. If he was breaking all those rules early on, he should have been banned then, not now when it's convenient for them.

Nice.
Beef's earlier posted said season, which would be the main reason for people's outrage. If it's a 1 week ban, while still ultimately the wrong decision in this instance, that is at least not ridiculous to the point of absurdity.

This Idra ban sends me into such a fucking rage. This tournament is a joke if Idra doesn't get a spot.

Professional tournaments don't screw over players and then enforce rules when convenient.

I'll never cease to be amazed by how thin skinned many people in the starcraft community are. More evidence to throw on the pile for ESL being garbage.

Regardless, a 1 week ban removing him from a huge tournament would still be enough to justify a season long TL boycott of ESL.

Idra is clearly taking abuse from ESL. This is just ridiculous.
