With this much money on the line, all the organizers should be on as much as they can, responding to as many PMs/emails as they can. Take this as constructive criticism and spend more time during the actual execution of the tournament. If you don't have the time to run it, don't run it at all.
Too bad you are disappointed, but I can tell you I am responding to all the PM's I am receiving and there are a LOT. That said, I've just browsed thorugh my inbox and I was unable to find any of your PM's, so I suppose you haven't PM'ed me at all? You also seem to be the only person unable to find the brackets:
Hes saying Tester is gonna win So are you Diamond is a bit confused. But I agree with the above, Tester > Idra

Why? I personally like it 12 top players 128 more fighting for 4 slots to join them publicity wise it's gold. And the big qualifier tournament produces fun games to watch/cast.

Ro128 is Bo1 without a losers bracket? Some players are seeded wayyyyy up there. I mean it's not like those people couldn't make their way up the tourney ladder anyways, especially if there was a loser's bracket.
Here is an example, what if the absolute best player in sc2 just lost because of something stupid in the first round to the absolute worst player. it's lose:lose situation
I mean, whatever it's your tourney, but it's not going to be fun for the average players.

Why on earth would you have a losers bracket? You know how much time and effort that would take. Remember this started as a for fun $200 tourney sponsored by the OP and Sac. The fact that two random SC fans would take so much time out of their days to put on something this large is awesome.
It also seems SC players are forgetting the basic theory behind these tournaments. It's about the fans! Players can say its about them all they want but without the fans this shit would not be happening. It needs to be entertaining for the fans more than the players.

Are players not also fans?
What the hell is wrong with a losers bracket? It's bo1. Also, the seeded people are imbalanced as well, some of them have a week or so to practice a specific matchup, while the others have unknowns.
And just fyi, I played a bo3 with my r128 guy and we are just submitting the last rep.

Plenty of other tournaments have at least one round of bo1.
Plenty of anything in the world, what is your point? just because someone else does it, its right?
Besides, my argument is not that bo1 is bad, it's just bad without a loser's bracket as well (which could also be bo1). So the minimum games a player could play is 2.

So far you're the only one that think that. I personally think it's a DAMN good format.

Players can be fans but when they are playing they are players.
Cause that's another 32 matches for these guys to deal with when they are already organizing over 400. What the hell do you expect of these guys?
And I am pretty sure that's grounds for a DQ but I'm not an organizer. But it's not their fault you can't read the rules and play it correctly.
Seriously man if you hate the format this much why on earth are you playing?

... im sure thats why good players will play safe and win. im sure a very good player will win 95% of time vs below diamond/low diamond player. If they lose it will probably be vs someone better or at almost the same skill level.
anyways i do suggest in the future there should be 8 seeded spots(for the players who make it to the round of 8) and not 12. this will leave more pros in the qualifiers and make for exciting matches to watch in the qualifiers.
