Idk man. I think that's a tremendous match up. Tester is one of the few people I think that can disrupt IdrA's macro. If you can stop Idra from droning his playstyle suffers. But you have to be highly skilled and unorthodox like Tester or HuK to be able to throw someone like that off.
On the other hand if IdrA can get his macro game running he's one of the hardest in the world to stop. His drone timing is I think one of the top 2 in the world easy.
It's a tough matchup. If I had to pick it I would say Tester but it would be something like -130 at the most but more like a -115 on Tester. I think it's one of the best and closest matchups in the tournament.

I thought Tester already beat Idra like a donkey at the Altitude Invitational.

haha he didn't "get lucky" he played better that day. But yes, IdrA will be well prepared this time, and is going to get some serious revenge!

What happens if an opponent doesn't show up but you tried to contact them?
|
You contact me and you get a backup. We're not doing the "he didn't show up so I win" when there's plenty of players wanting to play
So if this wasn't completely hypothetical, PM me!

Maybe I remember it wrong, but I didn't really see him doing any strategies that I would label unorthodox.

Naw I don't think you remember it wrong, but orthodoxy is a pretty subjective matter (sort of). Someone labeling that as unorthodox probably just hasn't played/seen much ZvP and therefore doesn't know all the options and how common they are :D

As long as majority of people have never seen a strategy before - you can call it unorthodox! xP
IdrA has beaten Tester before. It's not like they're 10-0! So I think it's a pretty even matched series and will DEFINITELY be EPIC!
They better have THE BEST casters commentating that one! XD (When I say casters i mean dual commentary!) xP
Anywhoooo can't wait to see more VOD's of RO128 and hopefully we can proceed with RO64 soon! XD

I guess you mean as backup? Yeah, I'll put him on the list.
About half of the matches are played sofar, can players that are unable to contact their opponent PM me please? I don't want to find out after the deadline ^^

I'm really excited to see how these games turn out! Don't let the haters phase you, of course there could be improvements in the format with more time, resources, and manpower, but what you have put together here is incredible. I can't imagine the metric shitload of pm's you guys must be wading through. Keep up the great work, and I am off to watch iCCup's coverage of the games!

Does someone have contact with MoMan? He needs to plan his match with nEAnS, but we aren't able to reach him. Let me know asap
